Japan's Richest Steaks - handled by Rare Teppanyaki Chef

2024 ж. 8 Сәу.
109 737 Рет қаралды

Finding a chef in Japan that cooks a Steak with a thick, crispy and caramelized crust is rare, blue rare to be exact. The moment the steak touches the surface of the Teppanyaki you will notice the higher than normal heat. Usually in Japan you will get a steak prepared at medium heat with a rather soft surface which can the Western visitor remind rather of "hot sushi" than of a traditional succulent piece of steak -

  • I’d just like you to know. I’m a 43 yr old bloke from the uk, and I absolutely love watching these videos you create. They give me a window to something I may never be able to experience, and even better, my 17 yr old daughter loves watching the cooking as well, and gives me things to talk with her about. And this is a great thing to share. So thank you for doing these vids, honestly. I’m really grateful .x
