An apple pie is a fruit pie in which the principal filling is apples.
This amazing apple pie recipe belonged to my grandmother. I have never seen another one quite like it! It will always be my favorite .It makes the perfect dessert for family dinners or during the holidays, topped with whipped cream or ice cream, or alongside a slice of Cheddar cheese.
Ingredients
For the dough:
400 g flour
200 g of butter
1 pinch of salt
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
100g of sugar
2 eggs
For the filling :
6 sliced apples
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
100 g of sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
50 g raisins
