They are called contact paper. You could also use permanent adhesive vinyl, which would last longer, but is quite a but more expensive. It might be harder to cut than contact paper if you don't have something like an electronic cutting machine like, for example, a Cricut. Either way, there's a ton of it on places like Amazon in all kinds of designs. Removable or probably permanent wallpaper could work, too, especially the removable kind, you'd just have to use more glue to help keep it in place, like she does. You can also find both a small selection of removable wallpaper and some contact paper, including a clear, frosted one, at Dollar Tree if they are in your area. I know other countries have similar stores, such as Poundland in the UK and Daiso in Japan (though you can find some Daiso's in the US, as well). In any case, good luck!
