@@stevenellison3128 yea…well back then when I attended HS 2010, we didn’t have any of those security gates closing around the entire school like every schools in America have now so anyone could pretty much easily walk out or walk into school property and a lot of students would just leave campus from the back of the school since all the school’s security guards were out in the front of the school checking senior ID cards……but you’d also would need a car to be able to leave because the nearest fast food place was 3miles away from the school so walking there and back before lunch ends would be impossible

Our high school experiences were similar! We didn't have a cafeteria either and when we didn't want the bagged lunch, my friends and I would order delivery in the office. I always got sweet snd and sour chicken from the Chinese restaurant! 😂 We also had a man with tacos in a cooler that came by at lunch time. Those $1 tacos were so 🔥🔥

There were teachers supervising near the gate and you couldn't sneak out so my classmates ordered Domino's since it was nearby and didn't get into too much trouble because it was the chill young teacher and just asked not to let too many people see, was some good pizza and kind of miss school for those memories.
@@epistarter1136at my school when you are an upperclassman you can get an off period and also if you were an upperclassman in dual credit you could technically leave to get food the first few weeks of school that you have your college class In because the college you enroll into starts later and ends earlier than the highschool

At my high school, only the seniors got to leave the school grounds if they wanted to go out to eat somewhere…and if you were a senior, you’d better be passing all of your classes or you’d loose that privilege

@@stevenellison3128 yea…well back then when I attended HS 2010, we didn’t have any of those security gates closing around the entire school like every schools in America have now so anyone could pretty much easily walk out or walk into school property and a lot of students would just leave campus from the back of the school since all the school’s security guards were out in the front of the school checking senior ID cards……but you’d also would need a car to be able to leave because the nearest fast food place was 3miles away from the school so walking there and back before lunch ends would be impossible

Our high school experiences were similar! We didn't have a cafeteria either and when we didn't want the bagged lunch, my friends and I would order delivery in the office. I always got sweet snd and sour chicken from the Chinese restaurant! 😂 We also had a man with tacos in a cooler that came by at lunch time. Those $1 tacos were so 🔥🔥
For high school I literally didn't eat lunch or a bag of chips at most 💀💀💀
it's a full day, it's not just the snack you have at school, it counts dinner as well
