Pan Those Eyeshadows using Laney's prompts | March 2024

This is an update for the Pan Those Eyeshadows project pan. I have decided to use the prompts that Laney (linked below) created for this project.
My rules for this project pan
1. I will be using Laney's prompts (linked below) to chose the eyeshadows I'll be working on.
2. I won't work on eyeshadows that are the same shade or really similar to other eyeshadows I'm already working on.
3. I will roll an eyeshadow out once I hit pan in it. I don't have a number usage goal for these eyeshadows.
