They both are Russians) Second one was just born in Crimea when it was a territory of Ukraine. From 2014 it became russian state that's why he started to compete in russian tournaments

@keanumcgill yes, he is very good. All I was saying is that he is Russian, not Ukrainian. Place of birth sometimes doesn't play a role.
