Over the years there have been MANY stories from staff members that have come in contact with Stray Kids about how well-mannered, friendly and caring the kids are! That's one of the many reasons why I love them because they treat everyone with respect and love.
When Felix bakes he often do like a LOT so he can give some to their staff. Even when they're all together in practice or on music video shooting stray kids order drinks for everyone that's on set. They're litteraly so careful and make sure that everyone is okay. In some fancams you can see the members cheering for their dancers, checking on them...

JYPE idols are always so warm and friendly towards the staff/managers, and this is well shown in groups like straykids, twice, nmixx.... These staff are the most patient people on earth!

JYP groups are very well known for having good personalities . Many of JYP idols have been praised by people who worked with them for being friendly, it's also said that having a good personality is one of the most important requirement for debuting under JYPE .

I never got over that hair flick when Changbin was trying to be a tatal tale. 😂 Always makes me laugh 😂. And yeah, that rock, paper, scissors game was Seungnim's idea, but he lost, haha. Like they say, it's always the person who proposes the game who loses. 😂 Then he had to buy everyone food or something, I forget.
Of course JYPE has to give Stray Kids more than one manager. Look at how hyper they can be, and how only one manager is supposed to manage these loud and energetic kids. Also, I stan the right people. They are not only entertaining but also respectful, friendly, and inspiring. I love them so much.
skz really really really likes div1 staffs they always remember to thank them when receiving awards or writing the notes on their albums. especially chan, he grew up with some of these people so is like a big family

Back in 2020 Felix did a poster about what he feels about JYPE, he wrote there they are one and that they are family. A few years later, during one of Wooyoung's (2PM) vlogs there can be seen that at the entrance of the 8th floor, where Div1 is in the building, are 2 special things: a plaque with SKZ 1st Billboard 200 No.1 and that poster Felix did back in 2020. They are really family

I miss vlive so much, I never get notifications when they go live on youtube. But I actually saw the cooking one live, the one where they had their manager eat. It was literally the most heartwarming and genuine moment.

They have multiple managers and staff. For example, the boys each had a different manager to go with them to fashion week (Handsome manager with the fanbase was with Felix).

Both Stray Kids and Ateez both treat their mangers, backup dancers, and backstage people like family.
There's at least a few managers which makes sense because there's 8 of them and there can be different schedules etc. And the managers might have changed over the years too so some from older videos don't show up more recently.

so FAR the managers ik are: - The main is the tall big guy built like Changbin u will see him the airport. the Handsome manager that looks like Han (airport. the handsome manager with the glasses that was with leeknow/chan the otherday during fan cafe. the tall big guy 6ft - Another tall guy but he's not with the kids anymore but use to be the manager for 2pm. - the manager that appeared on vlive is not with the kids anymore
