@@Zeemod no problem hoss. Keep up the great work. Just wish we could help you collab with some guys on here and capture their trucks sounds. Theirs one guy with a cat c-15 or c 16 that has 700hp and it sounds insane. I say you could really capture the sound perfectly.
Even though CAT engines are my favorite and not being that big fan of cummins, this right here, I think it can be your best work to this day. The way the engine behaves and sound in general really gives the full immersion when driving, and really seems like this sound is the closest as it was ever been from a real truck of all your engine packs. Fantastic work well worth the wait! Its also amazing how you managed to get steady rpm recordings on a 1000hp engine lol

I love the super long turbo spooling down sound, it really makes the whole thing more multidimensional (if a sound can be multidimensional, that is :D). Great job again! By the way, any chance the discord will be up again one day? I kind of miss it :(
@Zeemod so the sound is incredible, and I'm sure it works fine on the supported trucks. However, on the truck I've added it to, it seems to be overall fairly quiet and was wondering if you knew if there's a def file within the truck structure that pertains to interior volume/soundproofing?
Love the work you do zee but im.having the same problem as a few other people . Have downloaded again. Removed all other engine sounds and still sound quite and muffled. All ither sounds are fine. Cheers my man 👍🏿keep up the wikid work zee

Great engine pack! My two cents is that the RPM guage needs to be recalibrated
Amazing job. One correction though. Do adjust the jake brake speeds to the correct rpm. They seem to be on a bit higher side than your current rpm. Amazing job. If only I could play...

Are your volume settings in your manual based off headphones or regular TV speakers? I'm using the TV speakers I have because my headphones are too big for me and the Jake brake messes with the speakers

Yeah, same here. There is no update, I checked, it's still v1.0
Same here. Tried with advised audio option sliders, with and without cabin reverb. Still very muffled can't get my sound like this one. Disappointed with this one.

Mine aint as loud
The engine sound is great but the jakes sound muffled. I can’t imagine a 1000hp truck with 9” straights would sound that muffled in person.
certainly does, with 9" inch pipes you lose a lot of voice, the sweet spot for both bass and voice is 7". Not forgetting it doesn't have a jake brake system, Cummins use their own Interbrake system which is generally a lot softer sounding than a jake brake, especially on a DOHC engine.
@@Zeemod I stand corrected. I did not know that cummins uses a different engine brake system and that being DOHC made a difference. I wasn't criticizing your work, it sounds great. I just noticed that the jakes were kinda quiet but now I get why.
