Ben senin atölyeye ve yaptığın islere hayran kaldım ustam. Makinalarinin bazılarını modifiye yaparak oldukça kullanışlı bir hale getirdiğin gibi bazılarını ise sıfırdan yapmışsın. Bu nasıl bir beceri, nasıl bir ilgi. Ben de herseyi tek tek inceledim ayrıca isinin başında da seni izleyip büyük keyif aldım. Sen bu Ülke için bir değersin, iyi bir zanaatkarsin. Thank you very much for this video. Well made! A pleasure to watch! I went with Mathias Vandels bandsaw a few years ago. But it is so big I got afraid of it, so after a couple of months I disassembled it for my own safety. Now this video makes me want to do another one. Your is simpler in design, I really like that. What is most difficult, is probably finding axles and bearings that match together. Last time I went to a local blacksmith and got him to make some costly custom made axles for me in the right size. - Thank you very much. I am very glad that you like my design ❤️ The machine is simple in construction and very stable. Especially the upper swing arm structure is both simple and very useful. Some problems that need addressing when you build your own - First and by far the most critical is no dust collection. The inside of the case will fill up with saw dust and choke the unit. Second - no brushes on the wheels to keep sawdust from building up. Third - The bearings used on the guides should be adjustable. Forth - don't use electrical tape to cap off a wire. Use shrink wrap. If those things are corrected, this is a nice bandsaw.

These videos where you make DIY tools are very good and your skills show through. I also like the fact that you are showing all the details and dimensions so generously. I see many other tools you've made and hope to see videos on them as well. I've been thinking about buying a bandsaw but lack of space in my garage has always stopped me from buying a big bandsaw Maybe I will attempt to make a smaller one much like this. Thanks for the inspiring video.

Excellent. Super simple build but the results speak for themselves. This looks completely approachable by anyone with a few tools to start with - having a table saw to begin with is helpful but not crucial.

kolay gelsin ustam. kendime ahşaptan mini işkence yapmak istiyordum, ama bu videoyu izledikten sonra tüm hevesim kaçtı. ne güzel bir iş yapmışssın be ustam. if you were to make the circles made for a sandpaper you could change back and forth from a band saw to a belt sander.

Ustam çok güzel, temiz bir işçiliğiniz var. Sizden bir ricam var. Elektronikten, vatt ve Volttan pek anlamam, ama el işçiliğim fena değildir. Makita LB 1200 F büyüklüğünde bir şerit testere için hangi güçte bir motor kullanmak gerekli(devir,volt, watt vs.) cevaplarsanız sevinirim. Kolay gelsin.

Şerit tertere devri yaklaşık 700 - 800 devir olmalıdır Bu deviri yakalamak için motora 80mm lik kasnak takılırsa karşıya 160 mm lik kasnak takmak gerekir. Şimdiden başarılar dilerim.
