Hello everyone, this is YOUR Daily Dose of Internet. In this video, this barber has a scary situation.
Click here to subscribe today: bit.ly/2Qts9Uo
Also in this video, a guy thought climbing without ropes or gear was a good idea. A tortoise that hates the color black. A dog was absolutely terrified of fake cats. A professional stunt driver made the fastest garbage can ever made. A bunch of shy dogs hang out with each other. Scientists have created a device that can help paralyzed people walk again.

  • To all the barbers out there who are watching this video because worried friends sent it to you: No need to be alarmed, your shaving machines wont't cause what you see in this video. This is Raynaud's syndrome. The condition occurs because blood vessels go into a temporary spasm, which blocks the flow of blood. This causes the affected area to change colour to white, then blue and then red, as the bloodflow returns. When you suffer from Raynaud's disease, this is usually triggered by cold temperatures, anxiety or stress. If you don't have this disease, the only way to lose a finger from shaving is if you're clumsy af, in which case you probably shouldn't run a barbershop.

    • Sorry, but you are incorrect. You’re about 90% right in what you said, but you are missing that Raynaud’s Syndrome can also be caused by mechanical vibration. We studied it in university in Human Factors Engineering, it is a potential hazard of using tools with excessive vibration / insufficient safeguards (like anti-vibration gloves, etc.). You can also see that referenced under Causes on the Wikipedia article for the condition (and no I didn’t just write that section to try and win a KZhead comment haha). Cheers bud.

It also can happen to people for seemingly no reason this is called Raynaud's disease/Raynaud's syndrome and causes some areas of the body such as fingers and toes to feel numb and cold in response to cold temperatures or stress. In Raynaud's disease, smaller arteries that supply blood to the skin narrow. This limits the blood flow to affected areas, which is called vasospasm. Its a pretty common disease which can be related to other health disorders but in some people it's unknown why it happens their isn't really a cure for it and in some people it persists their entire lifetime.just thought I'd shed some light into this!

Patients who have been using the tech for a while have regained some ability to control their limbs, even without the technology. The hope is once we learn more about why the tech helps regenerate the spinal cord, that we will actually CURE paralysis. With their test on mice, while not the majority, it has already been the case.

  • There is something quite nice about that cat in the end of the video, all the green and plants, you can almost feel the warmth of the sun. The birds chirping, and the cat just taking a nice walk.

  • As somebody who spends a lot time in residential areas, I can confirm that the cat at the end of the video is not the only one. So many lawns would have this line running through it, and it took me a few months before I saw a cat walking the path and came to realise that all of these lines in lawns are caused by cats.

  • As someone with Reynauds Syndrome, my fingers do the same thing the barber's do when it's too cold outside and I'm not dressed warm enough/not moving around enough! Running them under warm water is the trick! It's also fun to freak people out by coming in from the cold and saying "Hey, wanna watch the blood flow back into my fingers?" lol

  • The cat walking on the same path is part of it's hunting instinct. Also, notice when the cat walks, it keeps itss footprints in line. This is to make as little noise as possible and leave as little trace as possible.

    • There is a visible line in the grass near a road I drive on regularly and I wondered where it came from for quite a while. One time i saw a cat following the line exactly and realised that it made itself a little path. Sometime later I actually walked over the grass and saw that the path made it harder for the grass to grow there and the rain had washed away the dirt a bit more than elsewhere so it actually looked like a proper cat sized footpath like the ones you'll find on hiking trails.
