This is the very first episode of Pencilmation in which the pencil draws the original Pencilmate and takes him on a wild adventure.

ABOUT PENCILMATION :
Pencilmation is a web cartoon created by Ross Bollinger in which pencil drawn stick figures and doodles come to life. It is made with love and a lot of fun by an international team helmed by Ross Bollinger who started the channel alone in his room a long time ago. The Pencilmation channel is for not-too-serious grown-ups. Follow the new, wacky, and often times quite silly adventures of Pencilmate, Little Blue Man, Pencilmiss and other doodles every Tuesday and Friday.

  • I miss episodes like these. The pencil put the cherry on top. When he stopped appearing, Pencilmation somehow felt like some sort of clickbait. The pencil needs to come back. Please. Edit: Came back to the old episodes for a nostalgia trip. My point still stands. The pencil is back, but now it’s clickbait games. I missed the originality of this show. Ross, if you are reading this, it’s like what happened with SpongeBob when Hillenburg died. You probably aren’t dead, but the charm of the old Pencilmation is. Please make the old style relevant again.

  • These shorts were my childhood, but that’s an understatement. So, as a kid, I was afraid to use the computer because I had no idea how to navigate it and thought that the smallest mistake could lead to a virus,crash,etc. And because of that fear, these shorts were the only thing I could find/search for repeatedly. So when I say these early animations (about 1-15; #17 Hanks Speaks being the very last one I remember watching) were my childhood, they REALLY WERE my childhood because they were all I could watch. Wasn’t until middle school was I brave enough to venture into the rest of KZhead. Oh where did the time go?
