  • 6:31 The only thing to really do for tendinitis is the R.I.C.E method. Rest- when you can Ice- ice pack on for 20 mins at a time several times a day- if you can. Compression- use an ace wrap or a coban wrap. Elevation- If there is swelling raise the hurt leg above the level of your heart to reduce swelling. Medication wise, I would alternate between ibuprofen or tylenol. I hope your ankle gets better Matt ❤

    • @marcelszpak1460 Tylenol doesn't work for everyone. I get that. I'm just trying to give him options so he doesn't have to go to another doctor. Mobic, you need a prescription since it's an off brand of Meloxicam. As for topical ibuprofen, I never had Voltaren, Aleve X, Diclofenac, Biofreeze, etc. help me. They might help him. I don't know 🤷🏽‍♀️
