Maybe they'll give you bad advice though, not because they want to sabotage you, a lot of people just have the weirdest ideas about health.

He then rose up from the dead three days later The Ten Commandments are called the moral law, (most of us are lying thieving blasphemous adulterer at heart and deserve hell) you and I broke the law, Jesus paid the fine. That’s what happened on that cross. By believing that Jesus died on the cross and rose up from the dead 3 days later and not just confessing your sin, but also repenting of all sin you have done and putting all your trust in Him in prayer, He will grant you everlasting life as a free Gift.

    • People have the misunderstanding that more muscles means you are stronger. Many of these guys didn't gain it naturally, they use things to blow their muscles up. So they look really big but more often then not, those muscles aren't trained that well thus they can't lift as much as you think they can by the looks of it. The gym I go too, the owner isn't super muscular either, yet he trains every day and can lift quite a lot of weight.
