This is the Buick Wildcat autonomous electric vehicle that has some of the coolest features ever seen in a Buick. From wings raising when you open the doors, to floating interior features and curved screens, this Buick is a realistic future concept that is likely to come to life in the next few years. We actually got our hands on it and got an exclusive chance to drive this incredible futuristic sedan, thank you Buick! Let us know what you think in the comments!
Special thanks to Sharon Gauci, Executive Director of Design at Buick, GMC and Hummer for taking part in the video! - / sharongauci_

  • My grandfather used to have a 67 Buick Wildcat. Beautiful car back then and a beautiful car now. ❤️

    • I used to see Buick wildcats on the road back in the 60s myself especially back in 69 when Buick still had them. And now here we are 53 years later looking at the first new 2023 Buick wildcat? I think this is very special. But this one is going to be possibly in the near future at level 2 performance when it comes to autonomy. So when we get to level five that's when we start seeing GM put out cars with no pedals no brakes no wheels no anything as if you're riding in a robot. Which I don't mind because I'm blind and one eye. And self-driving cars would change my life forever.

    • Beautiful car, now wait and see the crap that they actually put into production. Since the 1980s, GM has always had amazing teasers then produce bland garbage not one wants, especially young guys. They are such a disappointment. That's why even older Americans are buying Benz and Beemers.

    • Yea they existed. The Riviera gets the most play because of the Gran Sport being an absolutely beautiful coupe. I was looking for an old one like something from Leno's Garage, but i fell into this and was shocked to see that there is still life to be lived at Buick. Way to go, Detroit! Starting the competition, we have the Buick All American All Electric "WILDCAT"! WILL THE NEXT CONTENDER PEASE SHOW UP!

    • Until Tesla, electric cars seemed intentionally ugly. I’m sure dealerships hate electric. They need much less maintenance, theoretically. I’ve often thought Tesla had to bypass dealerships because they are so slow to change. Remember GM’s experiment in fixed price cars? (The solar system logo.) I forgot their name, but dealers and salespeople killed the mark. They were too easy to buy, with no room for haggling.

Unlike Paris Week Runway fashion (which is a disaster for function practicality), this Buick departs from this all too common parallel in concept car design. Let’s hope it makes it home (to market). • I love how the interior is very reminiscent of a top-dollar show car (i.e Troy Treapanier, Boyd Coddington or Chip Foose, and many unknown rodders), designed and built ones. That steering column just screams 50s style and i love it, and how that has been incorporated into its design. Just stunning.!!! I think i like the interior more than outside..😁😄👌👍👍 plus awesome to see another fellow Aussie..OI OI OI speaking a not cringe-worthy version of AmericanOz dialect..😁😄😄😄😄👍👍👍👍

  • A really nice looking concept, though Buick currently makes forgettable cars, so it will be a stretch for them to be desireable. Buick, prove me wrong, prove your concept car is a true glimmer of your future path, not a marketing stunt to keep you in people's minds.
