  • Just watching this made me ponder on an old dilemma I used to have 🧐🧐🧐 And I still don’t get if I need a 6mm drill bit for a 6mm screw and if I do , do I need a 6mm plug. Or do I need a smaller screw for a larger hole and plug. Or do I need the same size plug and hole and a smaller screw???

  • I’m pretty sure that is used if you can’t find a stud in a wall. A stud is a wooden support beam, you can nail and screw things to it. It’s not everywhere in the wall, so if you can’t find one or they are badly spaced, you can use these.

    • This is actually a bad video to show that. You use wood screws in wood and drywall anchors in drywall. What this video did was actually make the screw hold LESS well in the wall.
