In 'Cadeaux at the Chateau', all of the inhabitants of the Chateau de Lalande gather together to open beautiful gifts that people have sent from all over the world. All of the monetisation from these videos will be donated to a different charity each month. KZhead earnings fluctuate wildly each month, as ad revenue changes throughout the year. I used to show the gifts as part of ' @The Chateau Diaries ' episodes, but you're all so very generous that we have many gifts, and if we spent the episodes opening them, we wouldn't be able to show you other aspects of chateau life! So, for those of you who enjoy watching presents being opened, and as a way to thank those of you who were kind enough to send them, I've made this new channel. Every week we will film your beautiful gifts whilst enjoying afternoon tea or aperitif together.
It is very important to me that you know that we in no way expect anyone to send us gifts. I would like to go further than that and add that, if doing so will put you in any financial difficulty whatsoever, please, please do not send us anything. Knowing that you join us by watching 'The Chateau Diaries' gives us all an enormous boost. But for those of you who have sent these incredibly thoughtful gifts, I hope that seeing us open them gives you a fraction of the joy that you've given us 💖💖💖

OMG... Stephanie's comment about Phillip's fathers comment on the surprise nude "backside" started with a slow roll and quickly built into a roar had me laughing so hard. So many talented gift givers, their talents reflects their generosity. Also equally lovely is the gifts that perfectly match with each LaLander and their personality. It's never a boring moment watching what will come from each package. As someone who never gets gifts I am truly amazed at the thoughtfulness.

Oh my, Stephanie, your giggles that kept going after the little joke about Philip’s mothers’ comment about his “bottom” got me going too. Such fun! And it is good to find other uses for all those extra masks we all must have around. They’re great for general purpose dusk masks, for sure, but we’ve had horrible pollen counts here in Maryland (U.S.) some of the highest I’ve ever seen, and so I donned one the other day when I took my walk around our neighborhood. My allergies have been so bad as they have been for millions of others this time of year. A-chew! 🤧

STEPH : Those beautiful little handmade dolls brought back an old tucked away memory . When my wonderful little boy Owen was 4 (now 33 )he received an adorable porcelain boy doll all dressed in train garb . It had on blue striped overalls , a train hat and a red and white bandanna tied around the neck . It was the perfect image of my train obsessed little man . One day when he wanted to tell me he didn't like what I had made for supper he ran to get the doll and used it to relay the message so it wouldn't be him hurting my feelings , just in case I would be upset . It was the cutest thing ever and he did that until about the age of 8.......maybe you guys could do the same with yours , like when you tell Philip " no dog" , or Nat has to tell Amaury to " stop working and come in out of the rain " or Philip could use it to explain why he needs to get more silverware , or mommy could use it to talk Percy into coming back to La Lande more often......just a thought Cherryl from Canada
