  • Congratulations on the work you; I am an admirer of the care and care that makes British homes so beautiful. My respect and admiration from a friend from Brazil.

  • Why bury that cable that was running along the wall? Wouldn’t it have been better to reroute it, in case access is needed to it in the future?

  • Great work, I would add though they are gonna pop loose. The open centers will allow a bounce in the tread. And the brick will freeze before the tread stone. Next time fill the cavities and get a perfect smooth layer then set the tread in fortified mastic. That will stay for 100 years.

    • In fairness though he did say it was only a temporary job and that he would come back to do a pattern similar to the semi circular step.
