Yeah I saw that too, and was a cool callback, however Twitch would have been a child during that Operation, so I assume she would have read about it and even saw footage of the operation. But it’s a weird way in which Twitch said this, as if she was part of the operation.

I played all the OG Rainbow Six games; In Raven Shield, Rouge Spear and OG Rainbow Six Gerald Morris was the Demolitions expert. Operation Steel Rose was the final mission in Raven Shield, Mystic Tiger was from R61 and Zero Gambit was from Rouge Spear.
I was very hyped for sam fisher to come to seige then hearing Deimos being playable was amazing but hearing he was a playable character in the og games shot my hype up to that of when Sam came to seige

Samuel Fisher (Zero) is the best person to be the next 6 He is 62 years old and is a legend he still kicks all the operators ass at his old age and almost on his own took Deimos out even though he is over 10 years older then him come on now let’s be real

The locale in the anime short appears to have been inspired by the Shipyard map from Operation: Sentinel Wolf. There's three bombs and one of them is deep in the lower level under the boat.
I’m hoping that Deimos and the Keres Legion are a smaller part of the larger Wolves movement from Ghost Recon Breakpoint. Everything about Keres seems to align with Walker’s motive and vision for the wolves; Former Soldiers disillusioned with the politics that prevents them from achieving their goals of peace. Even the aesthetic and gear of the Keres Legion and the Wolves is similar. Additionally, we know that Deimos has been working on new chemical weapons - something that Rainbow was on Aurora investigating the Wolves for. Plus I think it’d be sick if we got Elite skins that make Deimos into Walker and Blackbeard into Nomad

finally i figured out his link with the wolves of ghost recon i Bet he was Welcomed to walker was Very happy finding a army like him plus maybe he is now the leader of wolves if we go up to date Timeline where walker died and took his Revolver as Tribute or we go 2 timelines and say walker still alive then he will a party of the story 100% his clothes his style the way he talkes he is a soldier of Walker plus Walker walked away from The Organisation since they did not finish the job like deimos

I theorize Deimos is willing to work with them for his own benefit To shape team rainbow into his ideal organization and not destroy it like we are led to believe The fact that the only thing that made him give intel was when he was told about the joint op with him involved I think he’s 1000% about to get exactly what he wants and I think at LEAST 1 Rainbow operator is gonna end up KIA because of it Deimos represents the R6 community which is funny since we all hated what Harry was doing and wanted him gone We got what we wanted X3 I think the lore would’ve been significantly better if the Harry section was FIRST and then we got the white masks and then after they get taken down (which that being after the training stadium would have made it way cooler as if we were recruits moving up in the ranks over time) Deimos makes his appearance and things go from there It feels like an ice cream sandwich but the cookie is in the middle It’s tasty yes but it’s so sloppy it needs to be fixed.

If they added already existing character, that means the Greek op can potentially be Lure Galanos, sniper from older games. She was even mentioned when glaz got his gadget update in velvet she'll I really hope it's going to be her, it would make a distinct difference between someone who wants to see rainbow dead and someone who's willing to fight the way they used to

Besides lore, since beginning of Siege we have gotten 8 ops per year, then since year 6 or 7 (I don't remember correctly) we have gotten 4 operators per year and in this year only two. Is this a step in good direction? I know that we have a lot changes and reworks of known ops but still...

I'm seriously curious about Doc's situation. Unlike the other OPs in the cinematic, Doc was shot in the face and I kinda doubt that visor fully stopped that .44 Round.
It more than likely didn’t stop it. If I had to guess, it might have deflected it a bit and now he will probably have some facial scars instead of a popped skull.
I got something really cool to say about Deimos, or at least his callsign! So in case some of you don't know, Deimos is a moon, one of Mars' 2 small moons Deimos and Phobos. Now in the future, these two tiny moons won't be around forever. Eventually, Phobos is going to crash into Mars, and Deimos is going to be doing the opposite, and leaving Mars entirely and plotting his own future, careening into space. So Gerald Morris is Deimos obviously, and Team Rainbow is Phobos. Deimos will go on to do his own thing, and Team Rainbow is going to be destroyed. Just an interesting piece of trivia regarding his awesome callsign

If Ding Chavez is alive during R6 Siege timeline, then he should be the new Six. Or if they can get John Clark. Although I read somewhere that Jack Ryan becomes the US Prez during the Siege timeline so he won't be the new Six. It has to be Chavez or Clark. I'm not fine with the idea of Ash being the new lead. She's still an important Op. She needs to be in the field.
Chavez did become Six during the events of Vegas 1 and 2 until Aurelia replaced him when Rainbow got reactivated

@@CamrenRicks He didn't lose. At the end of their fight, no one had won yet, and both of them were still fighting strong. The fight only ended because Rook shot Deimos in the head, but had that not happened, Sam still would have won. I could just give my reasoning as "This is literally Sam Fisher we are talking about" but I have another thing to back up what I'm saying. The mission was to take Deimos alive, which is why it was more difficult, but Sam is still very much capable even in his old age, and we know this because he was still a beast in Ghost Recon Breakpoint, which takes place years later when Sam is even older. Had this been a mission to kill Deimos, then he would easily have been eliminated, but since it was a mission to capture him, it may have been more difficult, but Sam would still come out on top. Echelon agents, especially Sam Fisher himself, are next level skilled.

We cant use the excuse “he had to take him alive.” Fisher should have 1 tapped him but they wanted a fight and sam was getting worked and put into a stand still when he had the advantage. When Deimos says “Rainbow is already dead,” I think that the Keres legion are gonna use a new mutated version of the chimera virus as a bioweapon against Rainbow. They could even bring back containment for a limited time as well.
