The Heybike Hero features a full suspension step through carbon fiber frame with an option for either a hub motor or mid drive motor paired up to a torque sensor pedal assist system. The top speed is listed as 35 mph, although I was able to achieve even faster speeds without the motor cutting power. This ebike has a torque sensor pedal assist system and soft comfortable suspension.
✅ My #1 Favorite Ebike w/ pedals:
This is like the "Trophy Truck" of ebikes, like a pick-up truck with a nitrous switch, huge and has ridiculous power, big 26" off road tires, and big plush suspension... you'll get more smiles per gallon instead of miles per gallon, don't watch this if you aren't preparred to drop $2k today:
• This $2000 Ebike is IN... - Next Level 40+ MPH 😜🤙⚡️
✅ My #1 Favorite "Moped" style Ebike w/ pedals (The Corvette of ebikes: huge performance at a bargain price compared to more refined competitors like Lamborghini and Ferrari, wheels 20" wheels sit lower to the ground)
• The NEW 43 MPH Billy G... - 43 MPH 😜🤙⚡️
Also consider the "Motor Goat V3"
✅ My Favorite "Cheap" and Legal 26" x 4" Fat Ebike (Think of this ebike is the Ford F150 of ebikes: popular, reliable, big, strong, not as polished as a G-Wagon but it can do 95% the same thing at a fraction of the price)
• The BEST Fat Tire Ebik... - Strong, great practical ebike
✅ The "Toyota of Ebikes" (reliable, smaller size, good range, everything you need at a bargain price)
• NEW Velotric Discover ... - Great Value
My Bike Rack for Car / SUV
bit.ly/bike-rack-for-car - I transported a fat tire ebike from Los Angeles to Seattle with this thing, it's super sturdy and great for fat tire ebikes!
My Electric Tire Inflator:
amzn.to/3NmfH3v - Life changing 😆⚡️🤙

  • Good competition to wired freedom. Lighter and step through are big advantages. Display is bad for not showing watts, and not having programing interface that requires manual/memorization to use/find right setting. It has the best +/- interface though. KeyDisp displays are replacements that fix all the shortcomings. Wired Freedom has only 5 PAS levels. Inadequate, not overcomable. Whether this bike fixes the speed range you can use practically depends entirely on the programmability in the controller. PAS 1 and 2 settable to 100w pedal input of 15 and 20 mph max is necessary to be practical. Hard to understand your late in the video comment of "torque sensor breaking in", and if that allowed you to go slower.

  • 🤔 Heybike's mid drive and hub Drive models are direct competition to the Hemingway Cobra Pro--BUT, the 2024 Wired Freedom remains King in all metrics! Nice review, thank you.

    @DrRevKing@DrRevKingАй бұрын
    • the wired freedom is competing with this bike but the cobra pro is out of reach for the wired freedom. the cobra Pro is a better bike, has better components and looks better... but it costs like twice as much. but beyond that, it just doesn't make sense to consider a mid drive with torque sensor as a competitor to someone who is in the market for a bike that has a hub drive and cadence sensor. it's two entirely different experiences and there are practical reasons that would drive someone to one or the other. to me, a comparison between the wired freedom and the cobra Pro will have the pro crushing it's much cheaper competition no problem.

I'd be tempted if i didn't have the cobra pro.

  • I find this e-bike quite interesting . My only issue is these higher torque e-bike with small battery packs . You are not going to get much range at all with a 1000watt motor with a 48v pack . 60 miles listed ? Possibly if you ride 5 mph . This price range should be 52v 20ah . Other then that seems quite nice . Would like to see videos of the mid drive version . Oh , and what’s up with this fetish of 26inch x 4inch tire e-bikes ? They make the bike look huge . 20inch x 3 inch is the best tire size . More torque as well with that tire size . As well the parking garage hill test seemed slightly underwhelming for 1000watts . Peak watts?

I just wonder why the Heybike Company would need to put this bike onto a Indiegogo website ? surely if the product is top class you would just sell it on your Company website once its in full production ? Another thing that worries me is the quality of the products used on these bikes ,because i did read that Heybike do use the lower end products ,like gears ,brakes etc ,so the big problem would be hold long will they last until a replacement is needed ? Also i noticed the motor is a make i haven't heard of ,so unsure if anyone know if they are any good ? Sometimes the saying 'You get what you pay for' is true :)

Both bikes come in at the same weight the carbon fiber frame buys you an extra 144wh of battery and 26 inch wheels instead of 20s, while the Tyson is a foldable, both bikes have a 400lb payload. • I'm in the market for my first Ebike. I know they are really cracking down on class specific Ebikes on different roadways and trails here in California, especially where you were testing the bike. Do any of these Ebikes have places for water bottles? It took years for bike manufacturers to standardize fitment for racks, brakes, components, and other accessories. After looking and clicking on every Ebike manufacturer on IG, Facebook, and KZhead; I'm convinced that there are more Ebike manufacturers than normal "analog" bikes these days. I think what is going to separate and "thin the herd" of all of these manufacturers is number 1: Customer service. Number 2: Warranty. Number 3: Value/Cost. Number 4: Standardized components for replacement and or repair. Number 5: UL certification and other safety standards. People are out there on these bikes and are doing irresponsible and stupid things. Everything from breaking basic traffic laws to unsafe riding practices. Unfortunately, like anything else, it's going to ruin it for the responsible riders out there.

    @sunsetpalms1923@sunsetpalms1923Ай бұрын
    • It’s only the carbon fiber frame that is 36% lighter than aluminum. So in reality, not much lighter than aluminum frame when you add up all the weight of other parts. Assuming the aluminum frame is 10 lbs., then Carbon fiber is 3.6 lbs. lighter, so not much lighter when the whole bike is about 80 lbs., especially when you add up the rider weight. You basically pay for the expensive carbon fiber frame just to save tiny bit of weight.

    • They tend to do that and potentially bad! Heavy steel frame 4 me all day long

  • Non-adjustable front forks on $2700 mid-motor/$2400 hub drive bike? Embarrassing. Cost is minimal to upgrade to 203 mm rotors F&R especially with 35 MPH ebike. Otherwise a very nice ebike.

  • Nice, this bikes cheap rear supension is squeaking so hard out of the box, you all have to buy this thing immediately. It will be super fun to maintain this thing on a carbon frame. A bit to much torque and you crack the frame. 😂✌️
