  • I have an all wheel drive bimmer with snow peak rated tires. It does well on snow, even with that 70/30 bias.

  • I used to drive taxi. I once offered a lady a ride home when she left a bar because she was obviously very drunk. She cussed me out, got into her brand new 5 Series BMW, pulled out of the parkig llot and ran into the back of the police car stopped at tne railroad crossing. The the impact pushed the cop car into the side of the moving train severely injuring the pokice officer who had to be cut out of his vehicle. The end result was her arrest for drunk driving resulting in injuries. She spent the next 3 years in prison after which she took many rides in my taxi because they revoked her driver's liscence for the next 10 years and she had to pay $74,000 for the police car she destroyed and $250,000 to the cop. Her insurance also refused to pay for her 4 day old BMW which was another $50,000 or so.
