We’re all here for a reason. Depression, anxiety.. loneliness, pain… but the very fact we’re all here means that we’re fighters, and fighters don’t quit. WHATEVER it is. It’s okay not to have all the answers. I certainly don’t. But I DO know that with amazing faith comes amazing things, amazing opportunities. Don’t ever stop believing. Don’t stop fighting. I'm fighting with my demons through the pain, but because of the depression this pain is like the pain from the gaping wound... The wound that's constantly bleeding... And the worst part is - this pain won't go away permanently. Depression is the cancer of the soul. You could put it into remission, but it will come back. And it will come back in the worst moment possible...

im 21 on friday how fast time moves i realized we dont have mutch time ive suffered with mentak health my whole life since i was a kid everday i struggle to get throught dark days this motivation keeos me going believe in god and he will guide you the thing ive alwahs told myself is what would happen if i die whats next and i wanna live to the fullest and not regret things in the past and keep moving foward is scares me to think we will not be here on earth forever the choice is do i keep going or give up and regret living with it just a reminder for poeple who suffered the mental health that many poeple suffer with
