  • I don’t care what no one says Paige Bueckers is easily the best player in college basketball if it wasn’t for injuries I think more people would be talking about her right been watching her since her junior year of high school. All around game and I love that mid range game she has.

    • 100% agree. She’s a complete player in both sides of the ball. She’s a number 1 for sure but she’s so good she could be your number 3rd best player of all time star studded team and still not only help the team but have excel. There is no one else like that, certainly not Caitlin, and Caitlin is great herself

  • I've really enjoyed watching Caitlin, Angel, Cameron, JuJu & several of the sensational crop of freshman this season. At the same time I have zero doubt about who currently is the best all around female college player in the world, & neither do those who really know basketball. It's hands down Paige Bueckers. Whether she leaves Uconn with a Natty or two, Bueckers, at minimum, belongs right beside Dee, Maya & Stewie. She & D.T. are the finest clutch players, under maximum pressure, when it matters most...to have ever played the women's game.

      @jamesholden4571@jamesholden4571Ай бұрын
    • @@jamesholden4571 I don't think it's about the money that made her stay. I think she just really wants to win with this team. All the injuries and the loss against SC, made her more hungry for a title. Probably felt like unfinished business. All her deals would probably follow her even if she goes.

      @oneeyedvampire@oneeyedvampireАй бұрын

  • Great game from both teams. We all know that anything can happen in the tournament. UCONN can make a run but we need points from Nika and Ice. I, too, think Ice will improve. It's seems obvious how nervous she is out there - can't pass the ball off fast enough. She needs some moves and fakes. It'll all come with time, hopefully. It's going to be interesting to see who replaces Edwards next year.

  • may be an unpopular opinion but they need to try out extending the 3pt line in women’s basketball. i understand why it was originally modified but these players are changing the game just like curry did for the nba in terms of shooting a couple years ago. the players on both sides of this game shot beautifully and even players like kk arnold that aren’t known for 3pt shots were putting them up. i know that paige bueckers is already shooting from way past the line in many cases and shes not alone. i’m tired of the women’s 3pt game getting dismissed bc of the modified line when they’re easily shooting there and beyond.

  • I've never seen so many wide open 3ball shots in my life..not even at a highschool game..it sure is amazing how nobody decides to defend the 3ball and leaves certain players wide open for the shot...just a coincidence I guess😂...An elementary school coach,or player would know to start defending that..Not to mention all the travels that get"overlooked"...If you can bet your hard earned money on it..Then its rigged..And I'm not trying to bash womens basketball... they are great athletes no doubt...All sports are fixed, and when you start looking at it from that perspective the things that happen make a lot more sense...Why would they keep leaving the same players wide open for the shot? Wouldn't it make more sense to switch from zone to man coverage,and have a defensive player smothering them at all times to eliminate the 3point shot?Instead they stay a mile away from them on purpose because they are playing the script...

Her freshmen year she won player of the year and took her team to the final 4 losing to Arizona. Her sophomore year she was injured but played 17 games in the championship game losing to South Carolina. And this year is not over yet her team is in the final 4 right now after beating USC and facing IOWA next... 3 season 2 final 4 and a championship game. And she didn't do much?
