  • Pumpkin chai hack I've been loving for years: any chai tea sachet (my fav is Rishi or Yogi) brewed with hot water, then add honey and pumpkin spice creamer (or vanilla). Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon! Perfect every time.

  • Lovely relaxing video. Thank you! My 90 day challenge became a double challenge as I hurt my back, so having to do things differently. It really helped to write my goals down and even though I’ve had to add extra things in to manage my back pain, it has kept me on track and made a real difference. So often we drift aimlessly expecting things to improve by themselves but they don’t unless something changes. Hope everyone else is doing ok with this. How do I join the group chat?

  • i’ve been keeping up with the #90grow challenge! one thing i’m finding i’m really great at keeping up with is the no phone 1hr after waking up and before bed, mostly bc this is a routine i’ve implemented for awhile now. but one thing i’m reeeeally struggling with is dedicating 1hr to a passion per day… i literally haven’t even checked off one box, which kinda sucks bc i feel like that’s the habit i need the most right now. i’d love to start drawing again and writing music, and learn how to produce, but since i’m a working student, school and work take up about 90% of my time while other responsibilities tend to take up the other 10… do you have any advice on this situation!? much love. 🤎🤎🤎
