The car shouldn’t get nerfed they’re basically uncontrollable with the tires and low stance
I cant win races with it cause i have it stanced and forget to unstance it so its too fast and it cant brake or turn quick enough

Does this work during true "races" as in not in free roam? Could I use this to my advantage in a face2face? They are usually in straight lines.
I already knew this car was supper fast when a stock celica was able to beat fully upgraded cars in the new races
Not a huge fan of Celica, so I didn't buy the car, I regret It after seeing some online videos, the calico gtf destroyed every car

I was able to top the s2 at 180 with stock tires. You dont need the low grip tires. It just depends on which road you drive it on because for some reason some roads will limit your speed more than others
more bumps on road means CURB BOOSTING. on flat highways all cars go around 120 mph.. but on bumpy road most of them go around 140mph
I wish you had included a test for the car with ONLY stance and without low grip tires as well as without stance and without low grip tires. That way we would have 4 different versions of the car (naked, stance only, low grip tires only, tires AND stance).

And what if you can? Shit gonna slide everywhere with no grip and stance Even if you don’t equip the low grip tired and only have the stance, you can’t turn properly
@@Ace-Intervention I’ve used it in so many races and you’re right but wrong, yeah it’s hard to turn but because it’s so fast you can just slow down on turns, and when people catch up you can just beat them again easily because you’re so absurdly fast

Even if it's has the speed of 170 mph but with terrible handling, the lap times are similar to most of the vans in the game
you don’t have to get low grip tires. just stance it to lowered, also there’s a glitch to make it faster. park it against a wall and drive a car into the back tires on both sides a couple times until they glitch inward, easy 200mph+

It’s not just the celica all the cars are significantly faster when lowered
its not the top speed that confuses me because you can turbo any car okay cool... but that accelleration is tooo cap lol this shit takes off better than 4wd and f1 cars 💀 BIGCAP. Thats like a fwd front engined civic smoking lambos and teslas off the line. NOT GONNA HAPPEN 🤣 then to top it off its on LOW GRIP TIRES basically drifing tires💀 that accelleration is so cap gta is so cap

I always beat people in the Celico with my tailgater because they don’t know how or can’t control it around corners. everyone’s gonna be using this in drag races now lol kinda cool

With this speed buff you can go even faster if you drive the car fast enough and turn into a wall hitting both sides of the car which can easily give the car 20+ more mph
Also rockstar said in the next update after the tuner will be having the top speeds and etc will be change

The Calico is very slippery, though; and with low-grip tires, even moreso. Put it on a winding track and it all comes down to the driver, not the car. Very few people are able to handle it on a proper racing track; I have beaten so many Calico's these past couple of days, it's insane.

Calico is extremely fast, but it’s a pain to do sharp turns with. I went with my custom Jester RR, and it handles better with speed and turns.
I agree so much I think the RR has the best handling
I took that exact same car on PC and upgraded it and it only went 120 but if I used the speed multiplier I can easily get it to go the speed you where doing
only car that can reach those speeds somehow is 811 pfister as well 0:49

I love how Rockstar chose to put a 2JZ in the MK5 Supra ( The Jester RR for all the non-carguys)
I did the low grip and the lowered stance, still only maxed out at 136.3 mph.

I’ve gotten the gto at 190 , there’s always a catch. Ocelot pariah goes faster than gto on the airport. But not on the streets
Going down in to the city passing by the casino on the freeway is the fastest section of track in the game.
Not when you take in account thw npcs that try to ram into your vehicle

The "price" is the grip guys...
The steering is inconsistent. It turns fine on one corner, and it'll lock up on the next corner. Feels like driving a semi at times no matter how lightly I press on the gas, or how much I brake going into the turn.
Weirdly I have had more wins with the Audi A3 than the Celica. AWD helps a lot. I have seen many Celicas being faster than me, but they can't handle a corner. Supra? Oversteer. Celica? Understeer. A3? Easy on the throttle and take the 90 degree bend at 75%
The tailgater s is RWD and the calico is AWD
I can't wait for the R* logics on this DLC.

@@lol-de4lo no it is. There’s even more stuff in the Tuners DLC that are teasers to not only GTA VI but GTA V PS5. There’s way more traffic than usual and some cars feel more weighty than before but in a good way.

I had recently bought the Progen Itali GTB custom from bennys and it has beaten my friends pariah but don’t know if it’ll beat the calico

it might be fast in a line but all the other cars can turn so on a track it would get left behind
What if you're not doing this? Is it still good in normal races? I tried it in the test track in the LS car meet and it seemed to corner well
@@Brandon2940 most cars still have better handling. I’d say if you’re a really good driver you could probably beat other drivers who are inexperienced.

@@Brandon2940 it’s the fastest car around a track in this update without it stanced/low grip tires, so yeah it’s still good. Otherwise the Jester RR would have the highest top speed in this update. But the Pariah, GTO, and RSX still dominate the sports class.

I think rockstar did that bc they said for the E&E they will make it faster and I think they were testing it but forgot to remove it.

How fast is the Calico without the low grip tires but with the stance? Compared to pariah for example
150 mph average while the pariah averages below 140

No, it's just how the shitty kurbboosting physics work in GTA, when you Lowe the car and give it no grip it gets insane speed. The comet SR is faster than the calico btw ;) 200+mph

Thought the low grip tires only worked in the meet? Did you do the test with normal tires and lowered?

They don't have great top speed in GTA but they are one of the fastest accelerating cars if you don't count rocket cars.

Comparing it against Jester RR without setting low stance and low crip wheels on that one as well. Not exactly fair setup. I remember hearing that S2 comet is even faster with this setup than calico

Ita because it's glitches some people call it curb sliding if you listen to the lowered one it's constantly scraping against the ground or clipping through it and the mesh is saying no this can't go here to it's pushing it out witch I way it get some speed.

Try this against other speed glitched vehicles, like the glitched entity, glitched gargoyle, or the glitched hydra Edit: just like all glitched vehicles there are downsides, with the gargoyle you’ll probably die if knocked off, the entity basically also have low grip as you need to pop the tires, and the hydra need to be on the ground to be glitched
Its not glitched just lowered and low grip it used to hit 180 with the glitch it hit 200+
I wonder if like the old glitch where u pop the front tyres made the cars go insanely fast, would that work with the calico and get it over 200mph?

You missed an important thing there: it gets even faster if you crash the sides of the calico!!!!
The whole low grip tires thing as a mechanic makes zero sense. Tires need grip to attain speed, if they can get a grip on the road they'll just burn out endlessly
Low grip makes it grip the road less which makes your 1/2 mile time Faster in Drag racing. Mid-High grip makes your 1/4 time a decent time

The exotic exports list you have in the auto shop sucks too because you actually have to buy some of the cars because they don't spawn in freemode

The calico uses tricks to go that fast where as the pariah is just the power and Top speed alone. Therefore the pariah is still the fastest car in the game

U can go even faster with the calico. non bullet proof tires. Pop the frond 2 tires and do the burnout speed glitch ya wil fly my driven fastest is :245-260mph.

the reason it goes fast is cuz of curb boosting and you need lowered suspension and have it stanced to do it, low grip tires aren’t necessary but they add to the top speed
Cockstar noticed we were actually having fun with the tuners and had to put a stop to it like they do with everything fun so they nerfed the tuners.

So yeah been driving around in my.own garage for about 15 mins till I had to get out my car exit my garage and call my mechanic to get my car out.😂😂😂 This game has all kinda 💩 wrong with it since the update.cant customize in my shop or sell the clients card u fix up.besides that my calico actually drove on water last night in the data files mission like it was a road

To fix the bug not being able to customize clients cars or your own cars - Walk back outside the auto shop and walk back in (Dont drive) You should be able to customize them then :)

THIS IS WRONG, YOU'RE USING NATIVE TRAINER ON THE F3 KEY AND THAT TRAINER HAS A 40% ENGINE BOOST BY DEFAULT, THIS CAR IS THE NEW FASTEST BUT NOT 180MPH ITS ONLY GOES 153MPH
