Don't agree. At least in Bangalore Reva and e2o had decent sales. Plus it is clear MG is showcasing it as second car for daily office commute. I'm not saying it's VFM but it surely has a market.

Mg comet price = 7.98 ex Tata tiago ev xt long range = 10.20 ex By just paying 2L more you will get: -Long range so that car can be used for both city and highway - tiago have boot space but mg has no boot. - tiago is 5 seater. No one will spend 8 lakh on car just usable for city only and that too with no boot. As there are cheaper car under 6lakh like celerio and alto which can be usable for city and highway purpose both. Plus 0-100 of mg comet ev is 32 seconds (tested by v3 cars) . Power of 41 bhp is tooooooo low for 8 lakh price tag. It looks like a toy , rickshaw-like shape. And tiny wheel.. My activa had biggerwheels than that.

Really Good Electric mini. However, I would like to mark tata Nano here. Rather than decommissioning Nano bit early, TATA must have focused on adopting a new business strategy to switch ICE of Nano to Electric. Considering the vast portfolio of electric cars in their fleet and edge over other brands, Nano would have survived and edged others vehicles in the same segment.
Maybe people at TATA know their business more than you and me right? So keep ur suggestions to urself.

Bahut se log Maruti S Presso ke bare me batein bolte Hain ki City ke liye thik hai lekin Highway ke liye bekar hai lekin Bhai sahab maine 2022 me Spresso Li thi tab se Highway se lekar expressway Tak pe long tour ja chuka, na pickup ki dikkat lagi na jhumne ki. Even 135-140 tak ki speed pe bhi

Its a nice small car (more suitable for 2 wheeler replacement or as an in- city / daily car) but I travelled in a Tata Tigor EV Once ( Booked a ride in GGN from PSP to Huda Terminal Metro thru Cab Service Blu ). The Cab Driver told me that he is in love with his Tigor EV after driving many EVs from Mahindra/others earlier as a cabbie which were problematic at times , in water logged areas etc . Tigor EV is a class in its own and it had costed him Approx 9.5L with all salient features & safety after concessions and subsidies. What more you can ask for if you want a Practical EV Sedan like Car ( Of course Price may be reduced further - any day for better sales. )
