DEWALT Called Me After SEEING This Video! WATCH BEFORE YOU BUY!

Have we caught DEWALT red handed with a little bit of tricky marketing deception? While we LOVE DeWalt tools and use them every day we feel this is a little slight of hand and they should really think about how they market their products. This trick didn't just get us, but many others have complained in reviews on websites like Amazon.com, HomeDepot.com and Lowes.com among others that they too were deceived.
For the record DeWalt reached out to us after publishing this video and offered to make things right by offering brushless tools. We didn't feel right accepting them, but this does prove that DeWalt is aware of their brand and that they do want to make things right with their customers. So if you feel that DeWalt has a problem or some other issue we encourage you to contact them and request a resolution.
