The F40 is the embodiment of the term 'purity of design'. It was created for a singular purpose; to dominate its opponents with record breaking performance. The use of light weight materials such as Kevlar, carbon fiber and polycarbonate coupled with a twin turbocharged V8 engine meant that nothing could come close to its brutal performance.
