  • If you have this mini printer and if it's not printing or the print in the paper is very light not dark then try changing your thermal paper. I had this same problem and I thought I got the damage product. But then I bought a new thermal paper. Now it works very well and it's print is also very dark. Thank me later.

    • @@sharjeel6264 umm actually I brought it from a local Library. Those are very cheap. I don't think thermal paper have any brand name 😅 Thermal papers are all good. But old thermal papers capture dusts and very old thermal paper's print are really light printed. I would suggest at first buy only one new roll of thermal paper from ur local store and try it on ur printer. That's what I did.

    • Yes but it only works with thermal paper so if you put regular paper you're not going to see get anything printed on it.

    • @@longinkong cause it's thermal and if you live in a hot climate or expose it to heat it'll get all black or fade, depending. Try holding a receipt from a restaurant or from the atm or similar above steam and look at what happens.
