That small drive shaft is designed to break.. It saves lots of other damage. You get a spare in the tool kit.
Did you learn that from rich rebuild's video? Because i do too lol
@@baikia777 Yes. It may have been on his channel. Beefing that part up so it doesn't break is going to be a costly exercise.
lol I'm geeking out too. what a fine piece of engineering! How could anyone not love these!
How could anyone think differently than you?!
every major city that is in hurricane zone should have these
Yes, that's a great idea!
If they get these, how will they pay for the military weapons to use on civilians??? Huh?? You didn't think about that did you?
@@fitawrarifitness6842 Yes, but its nothing new, Professor Dr Hudson is doing a great job of showing the hidden facts of the Imperial Elites and the centuries of crimes by the British Empire and then the new Headquarter in Washington after WW2! So yes, a criminal and corrupt elite is the head of the Military and Intelligence Operations, created, implemented and enforced by the Intelligence Community, NATO and the MSMedia in cooperation with the Social media platforms (officially a part of the Atlantic Council since 2016, open)! But hey, they let us play democracy, and the people don't ask themselves "how the candidates were chosen and by whom"! How they created a basic structure of "carrot and stick" for anyone who is going to become anything from a Journalist to a Military Career!
Sherps are so cute with the small wheels... awww :)
almost like a micro machine!!!!
I wish they show how they make those small wheels grow up. Anabolics??? Ok ok it is propietary technology
Matthew Williams i sub to you because bacon 🥓

Original creator is Aleksey Garagashyan , and no matter if he sold his project or company in 2012 he is still original creator, and some people or company don't want to say his name and they want to erase his name from this briliant machine . When i think of Sherp, i imagine picture of Aleksey Garagashyan and i respect him so much and his name must be remembered . All i can see from this video is that this company make some good changes and modifications on Sherp .... and i have respect for that also. Best regards
Maybe Aleksey has some interesting prototype vehicles that are directly competing with Sherp and the new owners of Sherp don't want too much attention to their rivals.
I say his name with every demo I give.. No one is trying to cover up the fact that Aleksey Garagashyan was the inventor.
His last name sounds Armenian or Irainian lol

These should be everywhere! Blizard travel, flood recovery, are the first two that come to my mind. The sherp with the windows is the one that caught my eye. Blizard road closed, people stuck out and away, trying to keep warm and here comes the sherp mini bus!
lol mini bus.. yur fkken right
The stuff y'all get to go do is unbelievable! Thank you for including us in your lives and adventures. If it weren't for you we wouldn't be seeing this and all the other wild and crazy things that are out there. Thank you so much
Thank you dude!! We are truly blessed!! 🙏🙏
After all the videos of Sherps in action this is really good to see how they are made. Super strong and relatively simple. Thanks
I agree, super frickin cool. Love the new XL model. Can Am orange, haha. thx for the tour guys.
Seriously, just how cool is that! Thanks for sharing.
And a huge thank you to you for sharing your experience! Nice to see how and where it was put together.
You're very welcome. Thanks for watching
Really nice machine looks useful but it can be fun, we have never seen these before, that makes this video two times the coolness. Lance & Patrick.
Dave, what a great tour. Attention to detail is spot on... those machined beadlocks and roll cage would give your Sherp the ability for a roll out canopy or a rooftop tent, shovel mounts, Maxxtrax for other people stuck. Thanks Dave
Thanks dude!!! Thanks for always watching and commenting too!
Loved this! I watch every sherp video you guys put out and seeing them built in the factory was fantastic. When is part 2 coming out?
thanks for sharing the factory tour
Very interesting, I have been wanting to see the build of these machines.
Amazing build quality, they are true monsters for the skeg!!
Easy to see why they are $120k.
@@ChuckBeefOG a bargain at twice the price.!! Is that Aluminum ?
Man you are living an adventurous life. Good for you.
Great video. Thank you. Amazing factory & trip!
They need to partner with a coach company to put together a Sherp Pro XL RV version-I see a kitchenette, living room with big-screen, and bunks set up in the back of that bad boy!
Loved it! Very Cool factory and looking forward to the next video to check out that 10x10
PTO rear outdrive for powered trailers is sikk. Talk about removing downed trees for firewood wholly. Fellas could make some serious bank
I need a sherp in my life..Great video too!
Hello from Kiev and waiting for the part2))
Love this video, love the partnership between Sherp and Osta. Keep it coming
I’m an old Marine that served during the Cold War era. Every Russian I’ve met has been good peeps. I don’t know why our governments try to make us enemies. We are more alike then not.
100% agree dude
Onion Head, It's called _PROFIT_ Then, the same companies that made so much money from the Cold War shipped American Jobs to *Communist* China. There is also the desire to control us lest the masses "step out of the norm". Adam Curtis' "The Century of the Self" is a great start, then Mike Parenti, Noam Chomsky and others.
I agree brother. I’m Russian living in Europe and I have a whole bunch of American friends. Russians and Americans have more in common than Americans and Europeans.. It’s all politics. Before the Bolsheviks took control over Russia and Lincoln was assassinated, our countries were close allies. Hope one day we could come to that again.
"War is a Racket" by decorated Marine General Smedley Butler. Also metanoia-films.org
I served as a US Infantryman '82 to '88 and was of the same sentiment. After years of watching "Stop a Douchebag" on the youtubes I've come to believe Russians are a much more peaceful and loving society than ours in America.
Great video. Very cool to see how things are made.
Thank you so much for making that video that was so cool. I know I will never be able to go there. Just wish you to get a better photograph of the engine itself but all in all pretty cool.
Amazing they were so accommodating to you. Awesomeness !
Very cool!

Dave you really knocked it out of the park! thank you for your time showing us the Sherp factory!! Peace Brother
Thank you brother!

This must be the tenth time I’ve watched this video, I have absolutely no use nor even anywhere to take a sherp yet I still want one ☹️ I’ll have to buy a field just to have a play 🤣
Amazing trip.
Thank you.. that was very cool.
16:33 Lada's ALWAYS have right of way! Especially 3 tone ... "same" colored ones! Much love from Texas!
Wow, such a cool video. I've always wanted to see a Sherp plant. Thanks for posting man!!!!
You're welcome dude
Love the videos keep up the amazing work🤩
Of course they've got a bright future, they produce an unequalled multi-role platform capable of travelling on, in and over virtually any type of surface or terrain, and keeping its crew safe for whatever their tasking happens to be, and returning them to base, irrespective of the weather! This platform is limited by imagination only!
Very impressive!! Thanks for sharing!!! ;)
Nice Tour 👏
I was driving on Highway 11 in SK and saw a semi trailer haul 3 new looking Sherps Northbound on a trailer bed. Amazing looking vehicles.
Awesome!!
What a treat, thank you. Just awesome machines!
They should have a pto out the back, that a propeller unit can be attached for lengthy over water trips. Using the tires is grossly inefficient for anything but short excursions.
Thanks for the video. There was another one titled how sherps are made from what seemed like a US dealer and it had nothing to do with the construction. Shot themselves in the foot with that little marketing disaster. Glad you were there to share the factory tour! It was very interesting. Peace out
Couldn't help but notice at 2:20 how the factory manager's shirt buttons are hanging on for dear life!
I hope that these workers are alive and this factory is still standing. May God protect them all.
Neat, very snazzy to see the factory process.
The belly pan looks like the bottom of a swamp airboat. Very cool tour your not the only one geeking out.
Thank You To YOU !!!
Super cool video! Seen them well before you got one but I have to say you have made them a much more desired toy to have! Slowly but surely 😎
Sure love all the Sherp videos, and now how they are made, awsome! I wish I could afford one for my self and go explore the trails with you. I would love to come and get a ride on the P trail also. There is no dealer in California and no capital to start with... Keep up the great work, and keep the Sherp videos coming.
Thanks dude!!
I have sold multiple units to California. It actually qualifies for the green stamp emissions too! Hit me up when you get serious about a demo/purchase!
It’s really a well built machine!
Awesome video 😱💯
I love sherp. They are so awesome!
Hi! Alexey Garagashyan, author of Sherp's conception, and DIY-creator of it's first prototipes, provides his own affroad trophy now: kzhead.info/sun/ksiCiN5usZh3qWw/bejne.html
Thanks for the video and to Sherp. i felt disappointed i didn't get to hear representative talk in each segment in factory before you went and did your part, clearly you have knowledge but its a tour let them get there piece in first :)
Loved this video. Awesome factory. Good people and machines
Thanks dude
Amazing!
frickin' cool Sherp bud. Tires look like frickin' cool hockey pucks ;) frickin' cool ey! Great video! love Canadians ;)
I hope they get more sales because of your video! Good for them! and good for you too!
Thanks!
I love the behind the scenes stuff! Really cool seeing how these are put together. This was awesome! Thanks!
Thanks dude. It was soooo cool to see them in different production stages

Awesome! Video thanks for sharing
They sure have a nice setup over there, all hand built. Amazing how simple the Sherp is, it goes to prove my point that they could be built for far less than their north American price. If I built my own version I would forget about the heaters and just install air conditioning. Only the tires prevent me from coming up with my own version using stuff I have laying around.

Hell yah! Mrs. Ostacruiser repin the MSU shirt🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
My interest in these is mostly for their capabilities as a bug out vehicle. I have a family of 5, and we could easily all fit in this thing with enough gear to get us into the mountains. Of course it would be fun to play in as well. I doubt I'd put it thru as much abuse as I see in a lot of these videos though. I'll be keeping an eye out, the bigger new model is definitely my favorite. Looking forward to seeing what's next.
Definitely would be the ultimate bug out rig for sure. We pick up our new Sherp N in 2 days👊👊🤟🤟
@@ostacruiser I'll be watching out for the new videos
Great video. Wish I had one here in the Georgia (USA) swamps. Got Braap decals slapped on.
Awesome!!
That was freaking awesome! I want 1 now eh! Hahaha cheers from Canada n thanks for sharing, liked n subscribed
Thanks dude!
Thats amazing !
I like that everybody's wearing overalls.
Dude, i clicked on this video for the Sherp, but now im subscribing because of your laugh!!!! Great video my friend!!!
Thanks dude!!!
That laugh is classic 😂😂 never heard of this sherp untill I saw your mega trucks vs sherp whoa👀 that was 🔥🙏 you
Really entertaining vid. thank you.
Fascinating
The chassis/frame is made of galvanised steel, the superstructure is Aluminium. Also, from what i see, the tyre inflation is linked into the exhaust
And the tubing for the inflation system is so thick for it to act as a suspension, so that the air from the tyre, that bumped onto something gets transmitted to other ones to mitigate the impact.
It is. I think max inflation is about 3psi on the tires.
I wonder if they have plans for a 6x6 camper version?
quick question does the trailer assist in the driving of the sherp ie turn it into a multi wheeled vehicle and do the tires deflate at the same pressure of the main vehicle?
Glad the wife was listening to the floor manager... Showed some interest in the company.
The floor manager could tell he was geeking out. And she was interested in some of the other parts
Yes exactly. I was in heaven
@@ostacruiser Does your wife have any video of the guy speaking about the product?
That's Funny! I Love How The Manager Said, "We Watched Your Videos And We Were Like: Uhhh, We Should Fix That." When Talking About The Bumper.
thank you was very nice
That 10x10 may be able to make the Earth spin backward!
Great tactics you used there Osta, Mrs Osta asking some very pertinent questions and you dodging around the factory filming. All joking apart it was a great video and allowed us to see the Sherp undressed and in various stages of the build, the drive chains and gears looked way over engineered which means they shouldn't break easily. I'd be uttering a few swear words if I had to change the little drive shaft. Thanks for sharing and keep em coming.
Yes exactly. Thanks for watching and commenting dude. We appreciate it
The output shaft is the Sherps "mechanical fuse" to prevent the entire drive train from exploding. So of course Ostacruiser broke it, if he didn't he wouldn't be doing his job! Ha!
👑of all vehicle
Sherp is a great Company to allow you all that access and let you film it so we can all share in the fun. If only they were available in Australia - they’d sell lots of them.
Very simple design and construction.
So Sherp seems to do best in swampy, muddy areas, but we also see it being used in rocky areas, snowy areas, and frozen lakes, etc. But its greatest advantage seems to be in amphibious situations.
Definitely
@@ostacruiser you showed us some concept models they were evaluating. Do you think they'd ever go for a model that directly carries a truck camper with slideouts?
@@manofsan I think that would be up to the end user to make it happen
@@ostacruiser You briefly showed a barebones Sherp variant that looked like a bit like a pickup truck. That might be the best candidate for a camper. Also, have you heard of this articulated competitor, called Shatun? kzhead.info/sun/d5lqd5yjpqh6hqs/bejne.html That might be good for a camper version, and plus it seems to be cheaper than Sherp.
@@ostacruiser One of your videos shows you & your wife in the mountains trying to drive Sherp up a snow-covered hillside, and it wasn't getting much grip. Tell me, would some kind of sprayable product help to improve the grip of Sherp's tires? I know there are products like that for regular car tires: kzhead.info/sun/fJGGe5ybfqB3nZ8/bejne.html
The only vehicle a man ever needs, loved the tour
11:30 This was the inspiration for the Tesla truck!!!
Lol maybe
You need that sherp truck looks awesome
Should he take a saw to his lol
thank's for the nice and cool video (y)
Pretty cool!
fantastic vid bro
I'm shocked. I thought they would of used hydraulic motors on each corner. That chain drive system is sweet.
I really enjoyed this tour. I never heard or have seen any specs, motor I assume gas etc.
1.5L Kubota turbo diesel. Check out my other video. What's In A Sherp
Very cool.
Now that was awesome 💯💯💯👍 great video guys 💯😎
Thanks buddy!!
@@ostacruiser y'all are welcome 💯💯
i would like one, with giro to ride just on rear wheels:) ...and DC winch!
Also, were you able to limp the Sherp after the drive joint busted?
My question is how or what are they using under the alum to seal all the rivet holes? Or do they spray a coating in afterwards? What i'd like to see is a powered trailer you can tow with a smaller engine controlled from the front but set up for camping/expedition. They hint to anything like that?
Nothing outright hinted like that. But great idea
I'd love to have a Sherp man, what a cool machine.
I want one !! I could go hunting in that sence I am handicap. Would live one.
