Just go back a few days at the video "he forced his way into the NFL" and the story how Mark Schlereth got his chance to play in the NFL and how he later on brought Marvin Washington was brought into the Denver Broncos by way of Mark. So yes, players recruit players the same way employees recruit employees in the business world. It is not just about what you know but also who you know.

It's crazy folks flip out on CU having 15/16 players in the portal but don't trip about UofH having 26 or talk about Shilo/CU "recruiting" and how questionable it is while the national champs Michigan got hit with 3 years for recruiting violations. Some of these folks not mentally well.

Those recruiting coaches explained it perfectly and were very respectfull with no bias or fluff. Colorado just needs to realize all players won't think its glitz glimmer and gold in boulder allow players to follow their own path quick putting stains on players who leave colorado it might not be personal for the player so why make it personal

CU will do just fine this year, and improve upon last year. They have a great core of players, better coaching staff, and are doing better preparation in the offseason, especially on the fundamentals. It takes time to build a consistently exceptional team that ranks in the top-20 or top-10 each year. I think CU will be one of those teams eventually. They will have very big shoes to fill after this season. Cheering for them. Blessings to you all.

I BELIEVE. I believe that coach prime has to work with what he has. As far as recruiting goes...Prime can only do so much. The players need to stay focused and stick with it. Unfortunately, the situation akut players entering the portal is what every college football program deals with. So at the end of the day, Rado just needs to have a winning season. That's one way of making a player stay put.

It’s so good to hear how positive everyone is speaking about players who decide to transfer for whatever reason. I was surprised when Cormani jumped in the portal, but pray God Blesses him wherever he goes. Sometimes a place is just not a good fit for a persons personality. That does make anyone bad, or sad. CU just wasn’t a good fit for him personally. I do not doubt that he will do well somewhere else because he is a strong player. God bless him.
