    • @@lurchdevahl4117 that's true, good to hear that some people still are willing to support their favorite artists. Just let me give you an advice: Amazon is really exploiting the artists. Whenever you can, buy music/books and other stuff in a more directly way (like from Stahlis website or the label/publisher etc.). Most artists just release their stuff on Amazon because its "expected" from most people, but Amazon is taking an huge amount of the money.. just a kind advice

  • Blue Stahli was some of the first music I found when really getting into music, so many years ago, and I loved the sound immediately. It's been a while since Lakes Of Flame released, and in that time, my music taste has shifted quite a lot to being even heavier. I had begun to worry that I may not be able to connect with the eventual newer music in the same way I did back then, years ago. It brings me so much happiness that not only would the return be so triumphant, but that any fears I had were immediately put to rest. This trilogy has been incredible, and that means so much to me.

    @blehblah3022@blehblah30223 жыл бұрын
    • I'm so glad that this trilogy resonated with you, especially after you say you've preferred heavier stuff. I always maintain that people looking for "all heavy all the time" or even "all vocals all the time" just will not like what I do, so it's greatly appreciated that you found this action during your time of discovering what you like, and wound up liking it again. Thank you!

  • Once, a long time ago I saw a parked UPS truck downtown and the person driving the truck had gone inside a store probably to deliver a package. The music was playing from inside the truck and it was some rock song I didn't recognize, so I figured I'd just wait a little bit and see if I could ask this person what song it was. Somewhat unfortunately, the song changed, but it began playing a very familiar song, ULTRAnumb. I was super blown away that some random UPS driver I had never met listened to the same music I did. While I wasn't looking the driver had gotten into the truck. I waved at them and just called out "I really like your music taste!", she waved back and drove away. Was super surprising to see someone else listened to this music, and I'm really glad it's still going

Turns out it was more of a "whatever happened to me?" that I haven´t discovered this trilogy earlier... Just wen to amazon and bought the 3 albums, blasting my brains away right now with Quartz.... Congratulations man, I´ve been a fan since the first Anti-sleep, even before the release of the self titled album (What a masterpiece) and I just gotta say you're consistent with your style as hell, but always taking a new approach... I really appreciate all the effort and work that goes into this type of music as well, your material is always fire!! It's amazing how he is keeping it kinda calm and soothing, while going very heavy (not too fast / aggressive but rather "mildly" heavy) The guitar tuning is almost Deathcore tier tuning... • I am amazed and love the transition between the "episodes" of the deadchannel trilogy, and your whole evolution from The Devil. Really enjoy the new sound, didn't ever hear such combination before, not only from you but from any other artist. Stay healthy, and create what you want and how you want.
