Almost every vehicle in this video makes more power than the Brabus 6x6 (536 hp and 561 lb ft of torque). A stock Ford Superduty diesel makes 475 hp and 1050 lb ft. The new H.O. version makes about the same hp (500) and twice the torque (1,200 lb ft) as the Brabus. With trucks torque is king.

What do you mean by "vehicle and person safety"? I would assume that the vehicle would provide crash protection equal to the donor vehicle. All the pickup (not Gladiator) based vehicles started out with approximately 35 gallons of fuel capacity and single 94R group battery. There is enough room under the hood to add a second one pretty easily (the HD versions equiped with diesels come from the factory with two H7s). The motors aren't really that huge. Most are in the 5L to 7 L range. The smallest motor that you can get in a new Superduty Ford is 6.8L.
