Mission for the Day 14!!!
Today's task is to make an appreciation letter to a person you felt has hurt you at some point in your life in the past or in the present moment.
Consider taking some time to empty yourself from negative feelings before writing your letter. The important thing is that the moment you make the appreciation letter, you do not feel any resentment against that person.
Today think and meditate on who this person is. Several may come to mind, but we must do the work with only one.
The letter must be handwritten.
Enjoy to get rid of any resentment 🌞
Good meditation to you all.
Today's motto: “I am attracting health, wealth, abundance, and compassionate love each moment!”

    • @@lilyjoyfrance If you skip to the end at the beginning, and then move it back to the start, it usually removes the commercial :)
