I have a 2012 Kia Optima SX-T with the 2.0 4 cylinder turbo and it kicks out 274hp /269 lbs. torque, when I first test drove it, I immediately fell in love with it. Still to this day 10 years later, I'm still glad that I purchased it
dont forget 17.5lbs of boost from the factory

I had the same intake on my 13 sxl Optima no tune and it slowed my optima down pulled timing and boost I was super salty bc it sounded so much better

Yoo I have a 2013 Sx with K&N intake and back back straight pipe i’m losing a lot of gas Iused used to average 9-10 ish before Rough driving Now I’m getting 11 on slow regular driving
That might be your intake u need to get your car tuned asap to accommodate your air intake I recon you get more mods then tune it

It depends on what you looking for raw power or reliability but for comfort Camry and Corolla is where it’s at

@notxvi mines also is the 2.0. I've tried to bring it to a higher speed. But seems it's all she's got. 🤣🤣🤣 maybe it's the restriction of. Airflow since I don't have any mods at all. Not even a cold air intake.
2.4 is better if u turbo it
