The Pasta Queen is an entertaining yet insightful view into Italian food, culture, and lifestyle.
Its main mission and goal is to promote the true essence and beauty of Italy all over the world.
With over 5 million followers across all social media platforms, Nadia Caterina Munno IS The Pasta Queen.
Born and raised in Rome, of Neapolitan origins, Nadia spent most of her childhood learning the craft of mastering the kitchen and traditional Italian values thanks to generations of women that worked in the world of pasta for centuries.
Just like Nonna Caterina, after which Nadia is named, who started the first pasta factory in the late 1800s.
❤ Brava!!! Felt that Nona’s coming back. 🫶🏾
escarole is great in lentil soup
Bravo! Thank you for tasting it, swallowing the food and then talking. So much more pleasant to look at. Also, I love this episode because there’s a good focus on both of you, and it was a more multi-sensory video. When you asked Ago to smell what you were cooking and he said it smelled exactly how he remembered your Nonna cooking it (smell). There was also a good number of shots just focused on the food and the sound of sizzling (sight and sound), you rubbing the bread on the olive oiled pan (touch) and of course…the tasting part. Great job!
It looks amazing. I love, anchovies and raisins. Can’t wait to see what you do with all these ingredients. These beautiful gorgeous ingredients.
You should show how to plan a full italian dinner party or even week day dinners with main dishes, side dishes, etc...
For those Spanish speaking people, wanting to know what it's called in Spanish, its call Escarola 😂😂😂. I'm Mexican and was trying to find out what it is.
¡Gracias! ❤
Ti adoro ....vera cucina italiana. Con le stesse scarole si fa la pizza imbottita di scarole oppure senza olive si aggiungono i fagioli favolosi con i crostini
I still make this, and I remember my grandmother making this. She would make it as a side dish or use it to make escarole pie instead of spinach pie.
I love escarole...rather difficult to find regularly in Florida. Publix usually has it but so expensive here compared to NYC.
My mum used to make a savory pie filled with this same escarole recipe. It was just one of her scrumptious dishes she prepared for Christmas time.
That sounds absolutely delicious
My nani made soup with it, using white beans, chicken stock and mild sausage. You put the 'scadole last right before you served it. Delicious Italian American comfort food.
Thank you for sharing your nana’s escarole dish. It looks beautiful.
“Anialate the escarole” 🙂. Looks terrific!

Perfect like always ♥️♥️♥️
I like that you're keeping this look lately, you're absolutely stunning
It's so good that Nonna is coming back.😮

Ago seems not happy eating escarole 😅 I was bursting with laughter with you guys 😂
Looks delicious 👍🇦🇺❤️😋
Alright…. y’all are enjoying yourselves to much 🎉❤- and so am I (bellissimo
Thank you for sharing your beautiful recipes, it inspires me to start cooking with minimal ingredients to get a more balanced dish😊 I think a little goes a long way, and the food will be much more healthier, which is the main goal for me✨
Her kids are so lucky

I want this in my mouth! I have seen this green, but ive passed it up. Never again!
Please keep your videos funny. You are a really good cook, I don't know... do whatever you want, but you also are very funny 😊 I love your videos.
In dutch it's called Andijvie and it's also good just fried in some butter cut up. It combines really well with chilli, as a child the way I learned to eat sambal was to eat a spoon of andijvie (fried with a bit of beefstock cube) and get a tiny bit of sambal with it. I've never learned to deal with spice very well but I still love it with this little bit bitter green.
So based on that my guess is it's Endivien in German.
@@c.w.8200 Probably yes, it's a common vegetable that used to be larger when I was a kid, one head would full the whole sink as we soaked it to wash. Now the heads are like the video, kind of small. But they contain less sand and little bugs.
kewl
Mi piace. 💚🤍❤️
I do roast eggplant and tomatoes on toast bread with reccota .
I love escarole! However, it’s difficult to find where I live. Can you suggest another leafy green that would work with these ingredients? Grazie😊
Maybe try some dandelion greens? Free and plentiful if you have a yard.😊
@@Jessejrt1 thank you, I’ll give that a try.🙂
It's strange cant find that here
I think a splash of white wine vinegar would be good here.
You can find escarole in sacramento.
Do you know what Frico is? If so could you make it in one of your videos?
ma in tutto questo il fratello che compito c'ha?
He’s a chef, he’s a brother and he’s eye-candy.
Irish viewer proceeds to google “what is escarole”…. chicory or endive, got it! Shame I detest raisins..😢
