  • I used to hate sleeping on my back. Now my bed is "propped up" at the bottom and top 30% (hospital bed). It is amazing. The bottom is for leg issues, but just elevating your head makes the world of a difference for back sleeping! It is so much more comfortable with that much elevation. I tend to fall asleep on my left side, but more to the morning, I might switch over to my back.

  • I have been sleeping on my back for 1 year with a Purple Pillow and a silk pillowcase. I love it, it’s the 10 lb. hyper polymer type. What’s really great is the pillow draws heat away from my head. I am a hot sleeper and now no more sweaty head. I recently got a Japanese Ice Silk pillowcase, it’s made of nylon and helps keep my hair smooth. Also I sleep with the head of the bed elevated which helps my sinuses and I do not wake up with puffy eyes. I have been making progress with my insomnia so I am not giving up.

    • @@kritiaggarwal88 Oh, okay. One blogger I follow was talking about rosehip oil and retinol and said they were fine to use together (putting the rosehip last). Paula's Choice also has a combo retinol/bakuchiol treatment (other sources have said to put the retinol on first and then the bakuchiol) so you're not the only one interested in combos like this. I know Dr Dray has said that research is still ongoing regarding bakuchiol and granactive retinoids. It also depends on your skin and what it can tolerate. Hopefully, you can get your answer.

  • Hi Dr Dray! I’m a new sub with gratitude for your truly excellent videos. I’ve learned so much binge watching ❤️ I do have a question, if you don’t mind. Are you aware of anything that can help minimize orbital swelling caused by Thyroid Eye Disease? This is a huge, long term struggle for me in many ways from my general appearance to the swelling causing double vision-it can change the shape of the eye itself with astigmatism. So in addition to ophthalmic treatments and infusions, is there anything you might recommend topically for swelling? This pillow could help as well. ❤️
