Sleeping on my back feels the same to me as having my arm over the edge of the bed- my organs are all exposed to the monsters😂!
😂😂😂 That's the most accurate description ever. I totally agree 💯!
lol! I use to be a stomach sleeper and can relate.
I have a thing about feet sticking out of the covers......... totally freaks me out ❤️
Obviously extremely hazardous👾
I cant breath if I sleep on my back 😭side sleeping all the way for me
I'm gonna be transepidermal water loss for Halloween.
good one!
Cool💧
NOW this is terrifying
l m f a o !!!
I'm going to go as UV rays
Sleeping on my back has been a game changer for me and my skin!
They say you should sleep with a pillow under your knees when laying on your back to maintain good back posture. I have posture problems so i use the pillow tip sometimes.
I love my Sleep and Glow pillow. Took me several weeks to get used to it and now I love it
I found this helpful. Thanks for posting. Hope you’re doing well and staying happy and sane these days. ❤️
I used to hate sleeping on my back. Now my bed is "propped up" at the bottom and top 30% (hospital bed). It is amazing. The bottom is for leg issues, but just elevating your head makes the world of a difference for back sleeping! It is so much more comfortable with that much elevation. I tend to fall asleep on my left side, but more to the morning, I might switch over to my back.
I can easily sleep on my back. It's just the question of how much you don't want to have early wrinkles. So yes, it requires an effort, maybe, but it's just a habit. You can do it.
Thanks!! There are a couple of new things I didn’t think about!! I do love the sip patches, I turned 58 so I’m doing the best I can for maintaining healthy skin! Have a good weekend. Thanks so much for you straightforward scientific backed information!
I love my sleep and glow. Being in my 50’s I had noticed the skin crease take longer to go away and this pillow has helped to avoid getting them all together. Love it!
Hello Holly would you be so kind to let me know where to get this Pillow” please feel free to sent me a text thank you 🤗🙏🏻
You rock! I am now buying all my skin care products based on what you recommend. Thank you. 👍
It's true about putting a cushion underneath your knees... this does make sleeping on your backside more comfortable. Without it my legs feel rather restless and not "right." It better helps position your body and prevents tossing and turning so much. You make a lot of sense doctor... great tips!
I do it every night.
Thanks Dr. Dray and hope your mom is doing well. Best wishes.
Your skin, hair and energy is glowing 🙌🏼 love your videos! Xx
Have you done a video for post menopausal women? I’m 55, but went through surgical menopause at 35. My skin is showing the lack of estrogen and collagen. Unfortunately, I am a blue-eyed redhead who was a sun worshipper all through her ‘teens and twenties.
I have been sleeping on my back for 1 year with a Purple Pillow and a silk pillowcase. I love it, it’s the 10 lb. hyper polymer type. What’s really great is the pillow draws heat away from my head. I am a hot sleeper and now no more sweaty head. I recently got a Japanese Ice Silk pillowcase, it’s made of nylon and helps keep my hair smooth. Also I sleep with the head of the bed elevated which helps my sinuses and I do not wake up with puffy eyes. I have been making progress with my insomnia so I am not giving up.
What have you tried for the insomnia? Someone told me that a Weighted Blanket will cause you to sleep. Where did you get your purple pillow?
Yup. Can you share insomnia tips?
Thank you, Dr Dray, I always appreciate your advice. I read to go to sleep - it's uncomfortable to read on my back and I wouldn't get to sleep at all. But will try harder than I have before.
I would like to know your thoughts on using Jason Vitamin E oil as a moisturizer at night. I find my skin takes well to it when used at night, and I was wondering if it’s okay to use in place of a “moisturizer” in the evenings, or if I should be using a moisturizer as well?
Thank you Dr.Dray have a lovely blessed day
These are golden rules , and everyone knows them very well, but nobody follows. Thanks for putting them together in your video!
Dr Dray, maybe you can make a video about all the La Roche Posay products you've had experience with till now.
She has tons of videos on them already; just search her name and the product line and they’ll all pop up.
@@jojomakes yes, I know she has, my dear. We are not so stupid. She has many videos but did you read well my comment? I mean one video reviewing it all. Do you understand the difference?
@@EvgeniiaDolinenko ...no need for the sarcastic remark. She was trying to help you find the videos. You took her comment way too personally!
@@EvgeniiaDolinenko Did I say you were stupid clown? You think there are reviews of one single person reviewing an entire product line in one single video? If you already knew she has La Roche Posay videos, then what exactly was the point of your question? Work on your reading comprehension before attempting to be snarky or witty.
@@deborahriley7135 Thank you, exactly! What is wrong her lol
You are the GOAT of skincare. I’ve watched hours and hours of your videos and I feel like a dermatologist explaining everything I’ve learned to my housemates 😂 you really have removed a lot of confusion over what products I need. retin-A, sun cream, anti-oxidants, peptides and ceramides with no fragrance is doing wonders for my skin (alongside cutting dairy and increasing my veg intake). I’m 20 now and feel confident you have taught me important lessons for not only maintaining my appearances but also my overall health. It’s always great to see someone who is amazing at what they do, keep it up!! 🙏🙏🙏
Now just move toward strictly organic ingredients, fresh and not processed and you will notice more of a difference.
I've struggled with acne my whole life, and people who don't know me very well will always tell me "Stop eating dairy, it'll help." But I've been vegan for over 5 years🥲
I couldn’t afford this pillow BUT I purchased gigantic 100% silk scarves & wrapped one around my pillow. It feels great on my skin. I have 4 scarves & I change them weekly so they’re always clean.
Great hack!
Dollar tree has some satin or something fabric pillowcases
The pillow is expensive but I could swing some silk pillow cases. Thanks for the tips! Happy Friday, Dr Dray!! I hope you have a relaxing evening. 💙
30 seconds in to your info about the pillow, I went to the company's site and bought the pillow! Exactly what I have been looking for for quite a while. Thank you for promoting this pillow. :0)
All good/healthy tips. I do have a pillow with it rounded at the edge for neck support. It cured my chronic neck aches. Was worth the money. Happy Friday!!!! So appreciate All of your knowledgeable advice.👏👏👏👏❤❤❤
Dr Dray would you consider doing a video on how to deal with skin that has become irritated and inflamed from products, fragrance etc.?
i have one
Search her channel and watch most any of her videos, she talks about this all the time.
I loved this!! Such good information and advice! I’m 23 and when focusing on your future, it’s so easy to neglect yourself (like sleep, exercise, and eating healthy) but this reminder definitely makes it easier to breath. Love you and your videos always! ♥️
Girl you are so smart what you’re doing now is going to keep your beauty longer in the future! You’re so smart!! I wish I would have been so smart as you. You will be younger looking longer I promise you keep it up!

@@yagomiotto7164 haha yes why 😅
Thanks! Could you please do a video on getting rid of small bumps all over the face/forehead?
As always love the education and appreciate what you do to help others
I’ve really been enjoying your videos and skin care tips. Just wanted to comment on your advice about drinking (or not drinking) alcohol. You made me laugh with the difference between a dermatologist’s perspective and mine (psychiatry). From now on I will share your “drink responsibly” tips with my patients and see if that gets me better results - I have a feeling that it will! Thanks!
Thank you for all this information! Can you please make a video on how to care for the lips...and why they lose color, Thanks!
This is a pillow I’ve been searching for!
Dr Dray! Can you PLEASE cover Keratin Plugs?! I watched your video on Keratosis Pilaris, sebaceous filaments, and closed comedones but I'm still having trouble figuring out how to treat what I believe are keratin plugs (small hard rice-like extractions and visibly bumpy skin)... of course, I have whiteheads that are similar but not as hard and other types of acne as well. I'm following all your tips and watching soo many videos. I'm so glad I found your channel! Thank you!!
I purchased this using your code and I love it!!! It is too bad we cannot get the silk pillowcases at a discount.
Hi from Australia. I've just discovered your channel and I'm hooked! I've subscribed and I've been binge watching all weekend. Thanks so much all the great information. I'm going to try some of the recommend products.
I bought a Sleep and Glow pillow because I am 63 and am a stomach sleeper. It became obvious that I squish my right side of face into the pillow because the deep wrinkles around my right eye. The wrinkles are lessened now that I use this pillow, but the damage is pretty much done. I do love the shape of the pillow and it’s very comfy. It was a good investment along with a second pillowcase, but worth it!
What can I safely use for reducing wrinkles around the eye? I use Retinol on my face but know not to put it too close to my eyes. Thank you so much Dr Dray x
Dr dray has a video on crow's feet and other anti-aging videos. There are retinol eye creams. There are also people who do use it but they do the "sandwich" method, apply moisturizer and let it dry, apply retinol product and let it dry, then apply moisturizer on top.
Ok I pulled the trigger on the sleep and glow pillow (used your promo code !) hope it’s worth the money ! I already use a silk pillowcase.
I love my sleep and glow pillow! I bought it for my birthday. Never going back to a regular pillow 💕
How is the neck support?
@@stephanieabutler I find it great, Is kind of like a memory foam but not exactly. I truly notice the difference on my smile lines.
Just revisited this video. You're in my head to stay hydrated. ♥️👍
Thanks dr dray! Would you consider doing a video for skin tips for athletes or people who sweat/shower multiple times a day?
Great idea
Yes, love this idea! ❤️
YES PLEASE!!!!!
I work out often and get breakouts on my butt and the backs of my legs and would love to hear how to handle this problem.
Yes!!! Maybe one for swimmers who have issues with daily exposure to chlorine?!-> issues!!
Great advice, especially about the facelift and ancillary services!
Hi Dr. Dray, thank you for the amazing content :)! My derm. gave me a sample of Aklief and one additional branded trentinoin (don't remember name) to try instead of my regular trentinoin. He wasn't totally clear on what the difference is between these formulations and what I've been using. Can you help? It seems to be a gel
Yay!! Happy Friday everyone 💜
Happy Friday!
Enjoy your Friday 😄
Thanks for such excellent tips & hacks, thinking of getting this pillow 😊
Hello! first of all thank you for all your great videos! ❤️ I started using the frownies because I seem to frown in my sleep, but I realized a couple of days ago that the skin in the area where I wear the patch has become darker (like hyperpigmentation). I'm using differin for my acne, could this be the reason? What alternatives to I have as I can avoid frowning in my sleep?
Can you review boots expert sensitive shampoo its fragrance free and cheap!
I’m definitely a stomach sleeper!!! Going to buy the sleep n glow pillow 😊
Love from Guatemala!! Thanks Dr Dray!
Would you consider doing a video on a good skincare routine during pregnancy? Or even going over what to avoid?
She has videos like that. Just do a search.
Hello, Dr Dray! We are celebrating Dashain this week here in Nepal. Sending you all the love and blessings 💙💜. Keep making videos and share your knowledge with us. Have a great day ahead.
Happy Festival! I would love to attend
You are really the skincare Jesus. You saved my skin. Thank you so much for your tips.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you Dr Dray! Good advice. What is the best way to request info from you about a particular product?
If she gets enough requests for something be it here or her insta, she'll probably cover it. It's possible she may already have a video about it.
Frownies. They work . I’m 63, sensitive , drying skin. Frownies have greatly diminished the lines on my forehead… especially my “ 11’s” . Super affordable & you don’t have to sleep on your side. $20 will get you over 6 months worth.
Happy Friday Dr Dray and everyone 😀. You are the best always such great content . Have a fabulous day love to mom and Tybee 🥰🥰

Dr Dray, Do you have a video on the Ordinary products?
I use satin pillow case as a vegan gal I don’t use silk 😃 and I can say the satin is fantastic too for the skin AND hair so it’s a win win. I am a side sleeper and I can’t sleep on my back unfortunately, I did try though 🥴 so I will definitely order that wonderful pillow , thanks !
I truly love my Sleep & Glow pillow, to the point that my husband is jealous of it because once I position my head, shoulders and neck on it using its concavities I don’t want to move 😂 The Sleep & Glow pillow has made a huge impact on my fine lines, frizziness of my wavy hair, as well as relieving neck muscle pain. I do not wake up anymore with soreness or stiffness on my neck. I also have back problems and this pillow it’s been a game changer. Now I really wonder about the new Omnia upgrade 🤔

Could you do a video of wrinkling prevention, i know you can't prevent them to appear forever, but like make it slowly progress or keep them at bay the most you can :), thanks.
Hi Dr Dray! Can you please give advice for pilots or crew spending too much time in a aircraft shell and exposed closer to sun... Thanks a lot for all the help!
Great idea
Oh yes please! And that extra dry horrible air.
sunscreen ! lol
Thank you for your videos Dr. Dray. I would like to know what you think about Gua Sha. Is that massage and the stones good for the face?
Is there tips for getting rid of fine lines but for teenagers ? I’ve been getting them and since then it got worse, it makes me look tired all the time, any advice or recommendations?
Could you tell us where to find your headbord? 🙏🏻 It’s so wide and nice and I can’t find a similar one! Thank you ❣️
I’m 20 and I’ve had under eye wrinkles since I was born but it got worse when I got older 😪 I rarely put on makeup but when I do my concealer just creases so bad .
Happy Friday! Love your videos x
I have an humidifier in my bedroom but I only use it on winter because how dry the winters in Minnesota are. How effective this is to keep my skin hydrated and avoid wrinkles? and should I use it on summer and spring as well?
Please make a video on cosmetic procedures (invasive and non-invasive) which give better results and safe
I love your Vlogs. I'm in my 20s and you help me doing my adult stuff. always when I watch you clean it motivates me get up and clean too
last week I cleaned my fridge because you did. Now I'm proud of myself.
thanks for watching! hope you have a great weekend :)
I love my Omnia pillow, thank you Dr. Dray. Cradles my head so comfortably❤️
Thanks dr dray. Love u sooo much.
What would you recommend to first responders who lose sleep twice a week for work? Thank you for these videos! So generous.
Do your best, keep skin care to the basics. Thanks for the work you do! * CeraVe hydrating face wash * Cetaphil daily facial moisturizer SPF20 * Cetaphil redness relief night moisturizer * Neutrogena sensitive skin SPF 50 OR CeraVe Tinted Sunscreen with SPF 30
That sounds too good to be true.
lol!
Thanks Dr Dray, great content 😁 Can you please tell which of the following can be layered together for removal of wrinkles : granactive retinoid 2% emulsion, rosehip oil, bakuchiol serum Thanks 😁
Dr Dray has videos on wrinkles, retinol, how to layer products, etc. Just do a search.
@@db-gb5xi I want to know specifically for these 3 products I. E. Bakuchiol, rosehip and retinoid.... I couldn't find any video which talks about these 3 together.
@@kritiaggarwal88 Oh, okay. One blogger I follow was talking about rosehip oil and retinol and said they were fine to use together (putting the rosehip last). Paula's Choice also has a combo retinol/bakuchiol treatment (other sources have said to put the retinol on first and then the bakuchiol) so you're not the only one interested in combos like this. I know Dr Dray has said that research is still ongoing regarding bakuchiol and granactive retinoids. It also depends on your skin and what it can tolerate. Hopefully, you can get your answer.
@@db-gb5xi Thanks a lot 😁 😁
Love watching her videos!!
I have a Vitamin C overnight mask that always makes me look super pumped and refreshed in the morning. The other thing that does the same is Perricone MD neuropeptide night cream. But have to forgo the Tretinoin and I'm trying to be extra good about doing that.
Good morning I just finished watching your video thank you for all the tips my question I always have problems with my ears touching the pillow they hurt sometimes I'm going to see if I can afford the pillow hopefully helps but my problem is just trying to sleep comfortable. I do put my hands under the pillow to hug it because I like my hard and I can never find one that's comfortable. Do you have any advice?
Happy friday Dr dray! I just want to ask what do you think about biologique recherche?
Hi Dr Dray, 2 questions please: 1) are there any skin care products that should be refrigerated? 2) I have developed dark circles under eyes and on eyelids. I purchased a caffeine product from The Ordinary. Any thoughts?? Thank you for your brilliance!!
Check out her other videos.
Hi Dr Dray! I’m a new sub with gratitude for your truly excellent videos. I’ve learned so much binge watching ❤️ I do have a question, if you don’t mind. Are you aware of anything that can help minimize orbital swelling caused by Thyroid Eye Disease? This is a huge, long term struggle for me in many ways from my general appearance to the swelling causing double vision-it can change the shape of the eye itself with astigmatism. So in addition to ophthalmic treatments and infusions, is there anything you might recommend topically for swelling? This pillow could help as well. ❤️
Happy Weekend Dr Dray...see you tomorrow x💙🤩🎃
Can you suggest a good sleep mask? I try so hard to stay on my back. I wonder if a mask would help.
I don't know if it's easily obtainable in the US, but I'm in Belgium and I have microfiber bedding (duvet cover and pillow cases). The pillow case is amazing and it can be washed on a hot (60°C cycle)! Bonus!
Love your content! Would you consider doing a video on cosmelan treatment?
She has videos on chemical peels, if that helps.
I have to watch my habit of resting my hand/fist on the side of my jaw when I sleep. This probably is the reason why my teeth on that side have shifted and now I suffer from crowded and crooked teeth :(
Can you do a review on LAUREN CONRADS SKIN CARE LINE!?
My husband hears me watching your videos all the time. He’s come to know the familiar intro and outtro words and outtro music. He said you should have a contest and have a mash up video of all of us fans saying “well hey guys!” and “sunscreen and subscribe!”. 😆
He should copy Dr. Drays' advice
Dr.Dray could you please review the super serum skin tint spf 40 from Ilia Beauty? I am assuming you would of course still need a 2nd sunscreen underneath or above this. But, I'd love to hear your thoughts on this. Thank you! ❤❤❤ Also, I really want to try this pillow now.
Considering you're supposed to reapply sunscreen throughout the day, this might be fine as part of the layering process unless you're expected to reapply the tint instead.
I am sleeping on my back for about 5 years now I had to do it because I had surgery and I am used to it now today a place an order for the pillow I hope it helps with my sore neck. I used your discount code 🙂
I love the pillow, could not sleep without it.
That's the video I needed!!
I’m new to your channel. Do you have a video talking about sebaceous hyperplasia? I have several (thought it was milia) and a dermatologists could get rid of them for a high dollar amount. I think it was to make a tiny incision. Is there something I can do to keep from getting more or a cheaper alternative to get rid of them? Thanks!
Have you or can you make a video on "skin fasting". AKA not using cleanser just water and very few/no products?
I only use water to wash my face and then I use some moisturiser. I can not use face wash products or anything bc it makes me break out sooo much. I have tried so many. And trust me- washing for face morning and nights with ONLY water, gets rid of pimples and some wrinkles!
Hey Dr Dray! Houston here! I would like your opinion about Tretinoin And the Dermtolgy Needleless Serum (probably not spelled right!?!). Do you recommend one over the other? Both? Together? Thank you so much.
Great video Dr Dray. Can you recommend a sleep mask? Thanks!
In a similar video she did several months ago, she recommended a silk sleep mask as it's gentle on the eye lashes. She didn't list a brand though.
@@db-gb5xiokay, thanks!
I’m naturally a back sleeper and enjoy it very much!
Lucky you
How do you sleep on your back without snoring? I'm trying to train myself.
Random question for you: I was listening to another video today of Dr. Ben Johnson, creator of Osmosis skin care. He stated that retinaldehyde is far superior to tretinoin, which is something I’ve never heard before. I would like your opinion on the matter. I can link the video if you’re curious. Also, what is your opinion on the Osmosis MD line?
She has an older video on how to look young where I think she mentions the difference
I doubt it,bc retinaldehyde takes one step for being tretinoin (retinoic acid),if i remember well.
@@EspadasYCopas you are correct, but I don’t know if that one step means that it’s much more gentle and therefore easier to use, than straight tretinoin?
Hi. I have the Sleep and Glow pillow as well. I’m just not sure which is the top and which is the bottom. It’s hard to tell from the instructions. Does the bigger edge go on top by head or bottom near jaw? Thanks!
I Love my silk pillowcase! I had no idea that it helped with transdermal water loss. I do need that pillow.
I got mine as had hair extensions
