When I see it, to me it's 100% mocking just like bullies do and zero support. And trust me, I've experienced bullying, there are recognizable differences between support and this, where I come from. So this could mean that you come from an area where you understand those kinda gestures as a positive way of communication. Don't make her look like she was ungrateful.
