Fortunate to have the team out for the morning to utilise the most powerful environment in the world. The black iron sand was formed 2.5 million years ago from rock deposits on the coast from volcanic activity in the Taranaki region. The iron sand provides the perfect environment for resistance training coupled with the power of the Tasman Sea.
