Kim soo hyun has done a fantastic job, But can we all take a moment to appreciate Kim Ji-won, She has done a phenomenal acting in the whole drama. Her shock, her worry all were expressive from the way she looked at Soo hyun. The fear of her husband going insane after her death. Ji-won's eyes spoke volumed

i love that this is callback from eps 10 i believe (CMIIW), where Hyun-woo said that he would be frustrated if Hae In died, but Hae In didn't believe it. but here finally Hae In really sees and believes that if she dies, her husband will be like that

The acting in this scene is impeccable…when I first watched it, I had chills and goosebumps. I thought, “wow, this is exactly how I’d act had I been put in such a devastating situation. I could feel the initial daze, disbelief, and denial in Hyun-Woo’s eyes before the panic set in and he frantically pounded on the window in the frenzy. He couldn’t think straight, and neither would I if it were me. The staggering, as well, and the deep gasps from his core and the release of all the tension in his bones as he collapsed into Hae-In’s embrace shook me and struck me as so relatable and realistic in that moment. All of these small details and the absorption of Kim Soo-Hyun and Kim Ji-Won into this beautifully sentimental storyline are what distinguishes the drama Queen Of Tears from all others and the reason why it is the number one most searched romantic comedy these days. I’ve never loved a Korean Drama as much as I love this one, and I don’t think that will change anytime soon. Just wow!

What I absolutely loved is at 0:56 the silence then it slowly builds into an ambient rushing sound that increases dramatically then he says "Hae-in" and all the sound just comes back in his chaos. Brilliantly done
We could actually see the moment Haein has decided to take the surgery. She saw how devastated Hyunwoo would be if she died. But why do they have to suffer so much?😭😭

The despair of Hyun Woo, the confusion, the relief and showing the fear of losing his wife. Hae In consoles him and she gives in to his request, knowing how broken her husband will be when she dies.

I was a hot mess watching this series. The character development is just so well done. You can really feel how well-crafted the story is because it pulls you in and makes you feel everything. Kim Soo-hyun's acting is just incredible. I could feel every ounce of longing, passion, and pain in his performance. That scene where he breaks the window of the burning car and reaches out to Kim Ji-won, it just hits you right in the gut. It's so powerful and emotional. I was a wreck during that part. The pain he was feeling was just palpable. #QueenOfTears
