I wish i had a professional like you in my area. I was pretty disappointed each time...such a transformation after one balayage.
asian hair is difficult to lift and requires multiple treatments over time to accomplish a blonde like this
@@apseudonym who said anything about asian hair?
@@Jasminz11 I think they were refering to the op's user name
All depends what’s your NL to begin with. And has build up color too. It requires few visits if that’s the scenario- Beauty cost money too, be willing to pay dear.
@@apseudonym I have virgin dark dark hair and went to a level 8 in one go (my stylist used olaplex so minimal damage)
I’m here cus of quarantine...”I got no money, I got no money, I got no money..” perfect song for this time of year..😆

Awwww girl. I can feel those lyrics
Claudia V me too 😆
Me 2 😂😂
Lmao I didn’t even realise that’s what it was saying until I read this comment 😂😂
Gorgeous! I appreciate a hairdresser that listens to their client. I love the warm tones also. But every time I tell the hairdresser that they still want to make me beige.
I always come out with an ashy greenish hair tone :(
Knicole Mera they’re using to much ash in their toner. Request warm undertones like gold
@@knicolemera2729 that is coz hair is not light enough , they left your hair on the yellow + a blue or purple toner on top to "correct " brassines = greenish hair, just remember if you go blonde you have to keep up with the fresh color and toner
I’m a hairstylist and this is the first video that was shown exactly how to get this look. Everyone else just shows how but doesn’t tell the formula. I love how it turned out!
same I love the fact that she gave the formula, she is soooo nice !!!
Did she use all of those toners?
If you're a stylist and can't work out what formula to use on each client you shouldn't be working on people. Maybe you need some more training.
@@jamieniche yeah I understand. It also depends on where you work and the styles you do. We don’t specialize in this. I’m the only one at my job that does more with color, that is why I’m interested in this style!
@@jamieniche just because your a hairstylist doesn’t mean the one you go to knows all the styles.
I’m a hairdresser too and I also feather my brush upwards when I blend my balayages! It makes it blend THAT MUCH better 😍
this is so gorgeous and a beautiful transformation!!! this definitely helped me and I can't wait to try these tips!! ❤️❤️
The warm tone is so beautiful! Turned out perfect!
I trained in a Redken school, and we did so many freaking balayage classes, and I just want to say they ALL paint their peices just like you did, by blending upwards
I’m gonna be a hair stylist in future hopefully so watching you do hair so amazing makes me feel more excited to start doing hair 😍 your clients hair came out so beautiful! Keep these videos coming 🌷
Stunning! I’m so glad I found you. Her color looks so natural. Thanks for sharing your gift with us! 😉
Good job! I Aways start at the bottom and go up. When I take classes (hands on) they go top down. I’ve never been comfortable with that for some reason lol. I’m so glad you made a point of that. It our own interpretation and what’s comfortable for us and individual hairstylist.
Omg I love it! I’ve always liked seeing different balayage techniques
THIS IS SO PRETTY!! the best balayage vidio i ever seen!
What an amazing job!! Stunning....would love my hair like this!
What great technique and a beautiful result. Just Lovely 😍
The best video I have seen for hair transformation😍 this is exactly what i want next time
Very helpful video. Thanks for being the one who changed the game for me!! I did the sides/parting similar to what you did in the back, when I got above the peridal ridge I started weaving like you did in the crown and tipped out the hair that was left out like you did in the back. The bangs just like you did. Turned out great 👍👌this is a perfect look and a guide you could modify for different looks!
So pretty!
Beautiful I went to the salon to get a look just like that and came back looking so different!
Send before and after image
Absolutely stunning. I would love to have this hair!
Yes Ashley! You are on your KZhead grind keep it up. I love to see how you create your beautiful hair
MANDI PALERMO I just subscribed to you! ❤️❤️
Thank you for getting right to the lesson without annoying chatter that drags on and on. 🙂
Anna Nicole EXACTLY!! Soo many people follow (or used to follow) “Elle🤦🏼♀️Bangs,” who is all about her image and she uses conditioner in her tutorials, not dye nor bleach! A fake.. it’s extremely refreshing to have a TRUE stylist like this show REAL talent and work!!
How gorgeous, this is exactly the colour I want to go for. Wonderful natural blend it’s meshed so nicely with her own colour. I’m watching some videos to get ideas and have background knowledge because I don’t want to go in clueless. At least I’ll know what to expect. Hope mine turns out lovely as this one.
please give us an update
Wow her hair looks amazing 😍
Just beautiful! Thank you for sharing this process
This came out absolutely amazing!
This is super pretty!!! Great work!! But wish you showed more of what was done towards the top and front! Beautiful balayage and a very lucky client!
Love it. That's exactly how I want my hair.
This is beautiful! I love your technique ❤
Beautiful Color & Style! Looks like you have a lot of clients with LONG hair just like me!
you did SUCH a great job! it was beautiful! we often use a similar technique on our channel too! i'm going to check out the rest of your channel 🙆♀️💟
So pretty!!!!! I have never colored my hair and everytime I see your videos I want you to change my color soooo much!
I looooove this balayage! If only everyone can do it like you!
I got denied hair stylist apprenticeship program twice from the same salon, so finding your video, I think, is the closest to a colorist stylist training I can get to see. Amazing work.
I got my application rejected by the same place 3x, then I got a job there years later. Now I’m 29, I’ve had a baby & I’m not returning back to the salon, because I’ve started up on my own! Don’t be discouraged x
Love everything about this for the color to the style💜. Is it possible to do a tutorial on how you curl the hair?
this is so beautiful. the only person who i’ve seen to balayage the unwoven pieces. i want to try this & i was thinking of doing that!!!
I’m a new hairstylist and this helped me so much!
Beautiful colour, great job, love it! 😍
everybody here because of their careers and im just a 13 year old who wants blonde hair..
Hi, you're just 13?! Dont mess with your hair, you will regret starting so young, take me for example. I had my first extensions (caucasian girl, first to do it where I come from), with glue-hurt like hell, lasted a few weeks, I couldn't sleep. I had them removed, my hair was so layered thin. Then I cut off my hair, went punky, silver, black & gray...I ventured to decades of mistakes....you should wait til after high school instead, shock everyone at a ten year reunion instead. You'll have shiny, gorgeous hair, and skip breaking the bank before your time. Dont be in a hurry for anything permanent! Try chalk AMD pens, or temporary color, maybe just dip the ends the opposite shade (like if your hair is light, go black a couple inches at the bottom for fun that you can trim away later*...I wish I had someone give ME this advice when I was your age.
@@brandinemorgan6625 thanks so much!! i will take your advice :)
Mee too😂
@@brandinemorgan6625 i don't agree , let her enjoy it and experimenting with it, he's still young and hair grows faster with younger age
@@blossompure AGREED! Yolo enjoy your life!
Omg this is the hair color i want!!!!! I have been a very black hair all my life and now that my hair starts to turn gray i want to color them and i want exactly like this...it is sooo pretty!!!
Absolutely STUNNING !!! so pretty
The result was so pretty!!!!! I just got my second session done & mine came out caramel cause I had box dye in my hair from back in November. I loved my second session but I def think I’m gonna go back for a third. 🥰 Lovely work!!!
is this bleach that she's using ?
I love it, you are the best !!!
This technique looks fool-proof! I love it!
You did an INCREDIBLE job!!
Such pretty work!!! About how big do you take your sections and does that change depending on the thickness of the hair?
I love it, it's so pretty. I'm a hair stylist also and I've always thought that it's the developer that makes it really blond but i learned a couple of years ago that, that's not true. The power is in the bleach. You can get white hair with 20 vol the same as 30 or 40 vol. 20 vol will take longer to get there, keeping the integrity of the hair. 30 vol will get you there quicker. The higher the vol the faster you get there... I hope this helps
Not alway true. Darker hair sometimes needs that 30 to get the extra lift
I agree but that's usually lifting permanent color, that's always been my experience anyway.
Omg 😍😍 Im in love with the end result. It's exactly what I want but it's so hard to find someone who does it right. I need you in my live!🥺
So pretty! Ive subbed and have been binge watching all your color videos!
It’s gorgeous I wish you were in London I’d be a regular client
I get this done at Trevor Sorbie in Covent Garden. It's not cheap but it grows out nicely and top ups are more reasonably priced.
my toxic trait is thinking i can do this on myself, wish i can take my scalp off lol
😂
I love this technique!! Thank you!!!💗
Ridiculously beautiful 😍 started doing those foils at the bottom straight like you do And I cut so much time out of fouling while keeping the same effect! Thank you for your education!
Omg I need this, wish you were in Cali😩
Love it. Can you please make more videos when applying toner? Thank you 🙏🏾
So gorgeous 😍😍😍 will definitely be using this technique
transformation so lit made the client look like a different person 😭❤️
For me the most important part would have been the two balayage foils on either side of the parting which you did not show unfortunately. But the hair looked great 👍🏻
yeah I was trying to look at the turnout of different sectioning techniques specifically on the side and top of the head and saw mostly the back but it was beautiful
Do you think she did the same type of chunky weave that she did on the crown?
Exactly this. Missed out the most important parts sides and crown sectioning
Beautiful balayage application and pattern (even though I was surprised watching you saturating the ends first but whatever if it works for you ! :p) the toner is great too, earned a new subscriber ! I’m craving to see more of these kind of technics, do u have an Instagram ?! 🥰
Beautiful balayage!! Very impressed 😍❤️
One of my clients want something more drastic but I was scared because I was doing it on her at home so I did a different technique to be safe but I think this I can manage to give her the more drastic pop she wants thank you!
I wanna fly across the world to make you do my hair omg
Great work! Super Talented :) How much toner and 10 vol did you mix in together?
result is AMAIZING!
The result is sooo pretty! 🤩🤩
do you cover the whole head with the toner or just the ends?
What a beautiful outcome!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 hmm just wondering how many parts of the three toner shades you used?
Wow stunning color change - AMAZING
Fantastic technique and result !! Well done!
Beautiful!! Omg😍😍 I need some advice, I have dark brown hair(2) and I'm trying to lift to a light brown which would be a 5 so would it be best to use a 20 vol dev or 30? Once I get to a 5 I plan on using wella color charm in 5N/511 to add that color in to get a light brown, would this work?
I would use 30. The higher the volume the more lift you will get
I’m going to try to attempt this on my friend. I just wanna know how much amount did you use for the toner? Did you mix it both together?
Gorgeous results!
It’s beautiful! You did an amazing job :)
Gorgeous! But I would have loved to see how and why you did it an the front and also the result from the front. That’s always my problem
Can you do more videos on how you do your makeup with detailed products! ☺️ your gorgeous!
Sammie Ordonez yes I definitely will! ❤️
Sammie Ordonez thank you❤️
Me encanto tu técnica, muchas gracias por compartir Nueva suscriptora ☺️
Great job, I love your technique!
Girllll we literally have the same techniques to the TEEEEE 😂😂
getting Balayage tomorrow!! hope it turns out great like this! it is the first time my hair is going to be dyed with something. i am so nervous
how did they turn out?
GORGEOUS!! you did a fabulous job!!
This is so beautiful! I’m obsessed 😍 You’re really talented!
Thank you so much!!
Can you give me some alternatives to this bleach developer and toner because I can't find them in my country....also can you give me some advice for doing this alone at home?❤❤❤❤
This is exactly what I’ve been asking for when I went to hair salon and I got completely different thing as a result :( Amazing job here tho
Same I asked to go that colour and they did it a more honey colour 😬
I feel like some stylists are messing it up because it's a really time consuming and detailed process and they don't put enough effort into it(??)
I want stuff like this done to my hair also, but my hair stylist winds up leaving parts of my dark hair out each time it’s so frustrating!
Just because someone has a cosmetology license doesn’t mean they can do great balayage. This is an art
@@katherinelkay7947 It's not necessarily about effort. Stylists who aren't presenting for KZhead typically have a designated amount of time they give each client. It's probably not enough time to do this. If you want a big project, the best bet is to find a salon that does free consultations, and then meet with the stylist and explain what you want ahead of time. That way the stylist can let you know what she's able to accomplish in one session, and schedule enough time for that session, and give you an idea of what the price will look like. You can also feel out the stylist, and decide if she's a good fit or not. You might need to wait weeks after the consultation for her to have a long enough time slot to fit you in. That's not a bad thing: It means she's in demand. (But sometimes clients cancel last minute too, so someone immediately having enough time isn't necessarily a bad thing either.) It also depends on the hair you walk in with. Certain hair types lift slower, or require multiple sessions if you want the hair to stay healthy. And if you have previous color on your hair, that complicates it even more.
oh I love this!! Great job!!
Omg so beautiful i want her hair !!
Ashley, did you use the whole tube or partial tube of each of the three toner shades? Beautiful outcome! 👏🏼👏🏼
Teresa K thank you! ❤️ also I used equal parts!
hello pretty erea very professional, you two my congratulations I love your work. I have a doubt about this, you can tell me what measure you did for the 8n 8 wn 8v is that it was so beautiful I fell in love and another doubt on what hair base you worked on is that I do not speak English and I do not understand the video so here my doubts are many thanks for answering my question and keep making videos we learn a lot from you
Dice que son partes iguales de los tres colores y uso 10 volúmenes de peróxido ( developer)
Wow absolutely Stunning 💖 Best baliage I've ever seen 😍 xx
I just discovered your channel through this video and I liked it I’m subscribing please keep on the good work and do videos about hair coloring techniques and different colors 🙏🏻 thank y ❤️
Looks beautiful! I’m a stylist too and I thought you only put balayage on the top of the hair to mimic what the sun would do! Did you put it on the underneath because she wanted a lot of blonde?
Diane Thompson yes because she wanted a balayage ombré. I’m my opinion it would’ve looked weird if I just did the top. Also she wears her hair up so we did the bottom that way when she wears it up she see some light :)
Very helpful video, I have a question for you, I color my hair to cover my grays., I have Dark Brown hair. I have been wanting to do a balayage (honey) to cover my grays how long should I wait to go in to get a balayage on colored hair?
Since coloring your hair does very little damage, I would recommend to wait at least a few weeks and your hair should be fine :)
Perfect balayage!!
Darn I wanted to see the clients reaction to this beautiful transformation! Also the front would’ve been nice to see
I'm getting a blonde balayage done this Saturday. First time I've ever gone to a salon, hair is virgin. I'm nervous, I hope it suits me 😭
I’m sure you’ll look gorgeous, Maria!! 😍🤩❤️
@@dahlia6007 Thankyou! I really appreciate that hehe 💖
Omg same here lol but I'm getting a brown, golden balayage.
@@giselleb8984 Cute! That'll look so good. I got a more cool toned blonde
Maria Hughes If that is your new hair in your profile picture, GUUURL, you are STUNNING! 😍🥵❤️ I’m going for a golden-y balayage myself very soon on my near black virgin hair too - I can only hope it turns out as gorgeous as yours has! 🤩😍❤️
what's the probability of me doing this to my own hair all by myself at home and actually look half as decent as hers looks?
Catarina Roque LITERALLY ME DURING QUARANTINE
i’m doing this, already have all the bleaches and toners lol
This is what I literally came for LOL
Sameeeee!!
What bleach are you using? I want to do this at home
This came out beautifully!
I really like how you did and teach us step by step ❤
Arent balayage and ombre two different things? I'm getting lost between all these techniques😅 but i looooved the look!
K ombré is an effect you get with color. Balayage is the technique these hair stylists refer to. In the art world of course an ombré can be like a range for black to white and gray in between. See the correlation ?
Ombré is dark to light, balayage is just hand-painted highlights. It’s to make her highlights look more natural and not uniform light regular foiled highlights 😊
@@savannahsmith5401 I wouldn’t categorize balayage as hand painted highlights. Highlights and balayage have very different outcomes on the hair. Balayage does tend to give you lighter ends.
@@sammielouise5775 balayage literally means hand-painted. I know. I’m a hairstylist and I’ve taken several professional classes
I want this look at home with my sisters help lmao
Tell me how it turned out
Thanks for the video! I’d love to try your technique! 💕
I’m a hairstylist.. and all I have to say is.. I appreciate you 😭🫶🏼
