I have a feeling that rockstar had a different, more coherent vision/project regarding these aircraft, aliens, and the chiliad mystery in general, but because of gta online it got screwed up

the gta universe manages to throw you just enough hints to make things look coherent, but not enough to actually get the full picture. makes you really wonder if its by design or due to simply being a hodgepodge of people throwing random stuff in it.
I honestly believe it’s supposed to mirror real life. There’s tons of surface evidence of aliens and ufos yet when you look deeper into it a lot of it can be explained. Then again, a lot of evidence cannot. Some of it points to human/government intervention, but some of it does not.
Idk how many hour long videos about Mount Chilliad I’ve watched so far, but every time there’s a new one, I’m watching it.

My theory is that we are the “aliens”. The character switch screen is at the same top-down angle as the aircraft (“in the clouds”). You also hear Michael (and also Arthur in RDR2) talk about how they don’t feel in control of their actions (as if we possessed them). When we’re not controlling them they continue to live their lives, indicated by the fact that when you switch to them they’re not where you left them. I feel like Rockstar are saying “you’re trying too hard” and that the answer has been in plain sight the whole time. They leave a lot of red herrings around for us but maybe they’re suggesting we should be focusing on ourselves and our own actions rather than looking for aliens or conspiracies.

Thanks to you, i realized someone was trying to complete the Epsilon objectives, specifically Michael running aimlessly to achieve whatever they wanted him to do, and he told me lies about what he was trying to achieve and said things i decided to believe and this dude got me to run for him for no reason just like the Epsilon Program
Nobody knows what it is because GTA v was supposed to get singleplayer DLC that would've completed this mystery, but we never did because R* are greedy pieces of trash and cancelled the DLCs

All we’re left with is a half assed reminder of what could have been if they didn’t go all in on Shark Cards and online. “There’s no evidence” lmfao
@@zumzum74 You're wrong, the jetpack was from Agent Trevor DLC and the one we got is nothing like the original The original jetpack was essentially a modified parachute with completely new flying system, modes and HUD, while the one we have is a reskinned helicopter The alien egg was in files since launch and it existed for a looooong time, it's just a test prop or something scrapped from Barry's weed missions
@@HeySlickThatsMe So they changed how the jetpack works from when it was planned for the singleplayer vs. when they brought it to online. This doesn't disprove anything I'm saying. It's confirmed that we were going to get a singleplayer alien invasion DLC that we never got because they turned to focusing on online after they realized they could make the most money ever on it. The fact that the alien egg was in the files early on also doesn't disprove anything I'm saying. I'm proud of you for being CONFIDENTLY incorrect, but you are, nonetheless, incorrect. The DLCs very likely would have fleshed this mystery out, but we never got them, because R* are greedy bastards that have lost most of the sense of what made their games good, and that's a shame. @@zumzum74 The leaked source code proves alien DLC was never being worked on, it was originally pitched together with zombies with additional note of "Pick one, zombies seems easier" and they picked Zombies The jetpack we have has two thrusters and the old one had four, meaning this is a completely different model, the only thing in common is the idea

@@djcookwhat’s so funny it’s true people don’t understand how deep this games story is it’s not just the main story you have side mission random events hidden side mission (aka you have to collect stuff to complete them) even the articles on the news throughout the story different bleets (tweets) and lifeinvader messages (Facebook messages) and they change based on what mission approach you do so this game has an outstanding story
I genuinely don't know how rockstar got away with stealing the model for the Ghostbusters PKE meter, I get they added some antennae on top but like that's straight up from Ghostbusters

9:00 u r correct, the FIB text only rotates backwards on PS4, Xbox One, PS5, Xbox Series S|X. On the original release, it rotated the right way around. Since the re-releases, it's always backwards. No one knows how R* managed to do it
Man your videos are a big reason as to why I've started playing the game again, and I've been looking into things like Chiliad for myself and.....Christ it's complex
I heard the mountain was eventually going to open up and reveal a ufo and it would be a part of an alien takeover DLC in the same way they made Undead Nightmare a zombie invasion.
That was a pitch for the Alien DLC that was proposed, Alien DLC was never being worked on because they chose Zombies DLC over it (the same document even mentioned choosing one of them, they went with zombies)

I still remember to this day how gameplay videos about this mystery leaked days before the game's release, causing much confusion as to what they mean to symbolise.

My theory is mainly based on the psychological mural. I think, in reality, this whole mystery is just a reflection of the human mind. It’s a psychological reflection of us and our desire for intrigue and mystery when, in reality, the world is painfully simplistic, something our brains hate. The grand mysteries of bigfoot, supernatural creatures, aliens, and cults in the GTA V universe end with rather dull explanations. Bigfoot is just a delusional man in a Halloween costume with a weird kink. The Aliens are just highly advanced experimental government technology subsidized by the FIB. The Epsilon Program is just a get-rich-quick scheme from a failed actor. And the infinity killer, well, he’s just a schizophrenic maniac designed to fulfill our morbid curiosity. When you look at all those things in their totality, humans were behind all of it, just as with the entire mystery; Rockstar didn’t create the Chiliad Mystery; we did.

I remember spending endless hours going through the lore , the map , the various hoaxes related to this single conspiracy. Even joined a playstation group about this video. And trying to enter the "vault" in the tram station on chiliad. Good times. Nice vid fizhy

I’m pretty sure the murals in the chilliad bunker are instructions for Easter eggs in the story mode. The 27 on one of the murals must elude to the 27 plants you can find that turn you into animals with the last one turning you into Bigfoot. There’s an Easter egg associated with this when playing as big foot where you can find more plants as him and fight the wolf man from online mode. The figure 8 could be something to do with the killings and so on. There are tons of company logs used on the other murals. Including the logo dr friedlander uses on his website. There’s a Reddit post going through all the imagery etc that I’m recalling when typing this so forgive the essay you may or not have read.
I thought Nate’s Chilliad video was the definitive one on the subject, but you covered a lot of threads and evidence that he didn’t touch on making both videos informative in their own ways. Great job! 😅

One thing i always thought was interesting was that the scanner thingys the spaceship parts guy and the one Michael uses on that epsilon mission are very very similar to the ones in both the movie "they live" (wich is about aliens... funny that?). And same scanner prop was used in Ghostbusters.
37:25 considering how much of the game is spent doing oddjobs for the government to secure funding, I think the symbolism you mention is spot on.
As someone who has been into the Chiliad Mystery from the beginning, I feel like the mystery being a massive treasure/trigger hunt with very low possibility of achievement. I had some days, when I started to believe, that they just cancelled a DLC, through which it could've been solved, but until this day, this has never been confirmed by Rockstar. Actually, they did the opposite. Until this day, I believe the key is 'For when the great scorer comes to write against your name, he marks - not - that you won, but how you played the game.' For me a massive hint was when they added the Golden Peyotes. The requirements are very narrow and specific and you need a lot of patience to actually solve it without any codes. Additionally, this quest appears to be very organic, since you don't receive any quest objectives or confirmation for absolving the required steps. And now try to scale this step/trigger mechanism to the dimension of the whole GTA V world and a 3-character-story. Especially the moon/sun-cycle offers so many statistical variation, that there still might be more than we have found. The Alien Egg in the doomsday update also showed us, how the devs are willing to add content with insanely odd requirements. Well, as you can see 'I still believe'. Btw, for me personally, one of the biggest unsolved mysteries in this game is the one from the blueprint: X Lago Zancudo Great Ocean Highway North through north Chumash 0.5 miles past Raton Canyon ← when guard rail ends follow the dirt road down the Docks Bring $500,000 CASH XXXXX This remains unsolved and I will never understand why they added the starting point and the directions, if the goal is just to bring 500k to the docks (for what actually?). There is only one striking location in this area and that is the fisher cabin with a quad parked next to it. I tried to absolve the trail so many times, during different phases of the game with different characters but without any success. I am still convinced though, that it is the same as the Golden Peyote trigger trail, but within a much bigger picture in the game.
The bugged FIB logo is a bug that was never fixed and occurs for everyone.
It's also a bug that would require 0,5s of coding time to fix. It's literally just spinning in the wrong direction
There is a strangers and freaks mission where we go out on mount chilliad for hunting. There while seeing through a thermal scope we can see a bigfootlike shape and when we move crosshair near it, it vanishes.

I love the fear and anxiety of the spaceship hunter when he replies. "I don't know...." Sense any rational human wouldn't understand what he had seen
I remember when the game came out thinking that the UFO in the sea actually was a real alien crafr and that it was shot down by Fort Zancudo, explaining the spaceship parts all over the map and the wreck. Also, I don't think you mentionned this, but one satellite dish near the prison is pointing to the UFO above the hippie site.

29:43 They do if you look at the mountain from where the mural is based from --- there's one factor you missed. If you go to the Altruist Camp, there's a water tower with an UFO/Eye painting on it that's pointed at Mount Chillad. If yo stand at the top of this tower and look at the mountain, the silhouette of the mural lines up with the mountain itself. Any solution or revelation regarding the mystery as originally intended was lost with the cancellation of Single Player DLC. I remember a lot of insiders & leakers around 2016/2017 were saying the Import/Export update was planned to be the last one for GTA Online and that R* were finally going to start development on Single Player DLC... what we got instead in 2017 was a continued focus on GTA Online with even worse attempts at monetisation - 2 updates that followed the Business gameplay design and a "Heist", that was really a re-write of the Agent Trevor DLC, redesigned to mesh the Heists formula with the Business grief incentivising Freeroam missions. As years have gone on and the 2019 - 2020 updates proved people prefer unique updates that resemble GTA, R* have undeniably been reactivated a redesign of the original Chilliad Mystery and been building up to it throughout numerous GTA Online updates ever since 2021. Given the 2025 release date for GTA VI - I am convinced we will see the culmination of this reactivated mystery sometime in late September/October of 2024.

this all would have probably been solved if we had gotten the storymode DLCs (specifically the one focusing on aliens and franklin)

The 'trident' on the mural is a Greek letter psi, Wikipedia says the letters Ψ or ψ can also be a symbol for: Psychology, psychiatry, and sometimes parapsychology (involving paranormal or relating with the supernatural subjects, especially research into extrasensory perception). And more but I thought that was relevant
so it suits the mind, even if I misread the symbol itself

So if people didn't know... Mount Chiliad is a reference to mount Shasta in California. It's famous for Bigfoot, missing people, weird stories, oh and aliens.

all the mazes, like there's a grass maze on the grounds of a mansion, and there are a few more mazes, I just don't remember where, and then all the weird statues and stuff, man it just seems like they SHOULD lead to some great mystery or puzzle. Like do the right things and maybe something will open up.
