Wavy Inlet with PWC Action! / HAULOVER BOATS

wavy day at the Haulover inlet. An incoming storm with angry waves kept most of the boaters away. A few boats braved the inlet's waves and roaming hoards of PWC riders attacked the waves too!

    • @@ZipZapPower 1960 and 1970 were magical at Haulover on the weekend at night everybody would gather on Bayside I guess the Marine is there now. Every weekend holy Joe would be at the Pierce. And a jump off the bridge you would need to do it in groups and three one on one side of the road one on the other side of the road and one would jump. That way you wouldn't land on the boat during the weekends.

    • I grew up in Miami during the 60's and 70's before going into the Army and I remember vividly jumping off the Haulover Bridge with my friends from high school. Now as a 55 year old I look at that bridge and think to myself how crazy fun it was to be young and dumb and full of ……

    • Muchas gracias!!!

  • Idt some people realize how big these waves actually are, esp when on a jetski and in Haulover. A 4ft-5ft wave looks massive on a ski. I took my girl out the other day and a huge Yacht passed us going pretty fast and sent a massive 5ft wave at us. Got so much air the ski cut off when it landed 😂. Idk how the people who pull big wave surfers onto waves and rescue them do it. Some of those waves get to over 50ft. The white wash alone can be as big as a 3 story house. Check out the serving vids at Nazarse. It's some crazy shit.

    • if you're on your own, it can be scary and hard to get back to the ski as you both float out to sea (depending on the tide)… most people ride with a buddy so they scoop them up and take them to the ski.

  • I personally seek out PWC Action, I enjoy most of the HAULOVER Inlet Videos with Mayhem and especially those with "PWC Action". I've noticed that the Majority of the Boats (even in this Video Titled: "Wavy Inlet with PWC Action!") have been carefully Identified. I would like to request that the smaller Personal Water Craft be Identified as well. Thanks, randog311
