Definitely need a coach for my head down. Have had a little luck with 2 way flower exits. When I try to transfer from sit I quickly lose it and go straight back to sit. Kinda frustrating sit came a lot more natural.

I'm a right handed. Should I also put my right leg in front of me or behind me in duffy?
