A lot of offices (don't care what it looks like let alone a building) are scammy. It's made to "appear" professional. Whatever that even means hahaha. Of course there are a lot of good legit businesses to, that make mistakes, but most folks know the difference before or after they've gotten the shaft. Just have to nail them after. Hard.

I love that you do this. I work retail and we see this scam a lot. Recently we had an elderly gentleman come to the store to purchase $500 of gift cards, looked to be in his mid to late 80’s... But thankfully we’ve all been worded up, and know what to look for. They’re told to say it’s for family, but when we see the signs we get the managers, who take them aside and gently explain to the victims how they’re being scammed, and what they can do to protect themselves. I hate that there are so many willing to target the vulnerable. Complete scum.

I got scammed for over 2000 dollars, I was fooled by this account that belonged to a supposed lottery winner. I was suppose to recieve 50,000 dollars, it's insane because these people are so good. They have certificates and everything. I was calling to them that I don't have much money since I am considered poverty since my family earns under 20,000k a year. I wanted to do my family a favor and I was desperate since my mother stressed alot and always told me she doesn't have money to help me through my education and food.
I am from Kolkata and I really feel so satisfied seeing what you did to the scammer. These scam companies and people, honestly, belong to a certain section of people from India who simply knows scamming as a way to earn money and it's really shameful. Feeling gutted to see my hometown and Sector V, a place created to boost the IT industry being filled by such scamming companies. High time to report such organizations to the police so that this online scamming culture stops in our country.

Exactly, most are definitely not bengali local folks. There is heavy influx of people from other states entering the city (considering it to be a viable place for all kinds of business) to conduct scams through call centers. It's a great thing that you spooked them out of the city.

MY MOTHER JUST GOT SCAMMED OUT OF 34,000 . This past year & nobody could or had done anything about it!! I’ve basically nailed down where they are but that’s as far as it’s gone!!!! The law sucks!!! She was heartbroken thinking she had a great man but was a romance scam. We begged her cried forever & trie and tried everything but could not get it through to her. It’s heartbreaking for the family big time when they are fighting for their elderly mother who’s got dementia & they won’t listen. I’ll never forget or get over it.😢😢😔

When I was approached to work for a call center, I didn't know how am I going to contribute. I was new to this business. I was told that I'm going to handle overseas clients. After completing 2 days of training, as I was good at communication, they told me to join the team. But in those 2 days, I understood what those guys were doing. I just came out of the building, smoke, and just left straight away. They tried to give me a raise as well. But I knew I can't do that.

Indian police are payed iff not to arrest scammers, the reaon they do it when scammers get attention is so no action is taken against them
