But the problem on this new update is you cannot view the full screen of your project. Seems like before you can view the full video screen of your project before you exporting. Thanks for the info if you know how to do it.
Please make sure you're updated to the latest version of KineMaster! Visit your app store to see if an update is available. Then, tap on the project you want to preview. On the editing screen, tap and hold the play button to go full screen!

Hi. I'm Raphael. And I have a problem. I had a Samsung galaxy s7 edge and kinemaster works well. But I recently changed to a Samsung Galaxy J4+ and Kinemaster only boots up and closes. I always try it but it keeps doing the same thing. If this was the first time using it I would say that it's always like that but this is not my first time. So please what can I do to stop this error?

In kinemaster it's showing no space what we have to do so video can export?
Hello! While KineMaster doesn't use lots of space, what does are the media files you use and export. It also depends on how many other apps and files you have on your device. To fix this issue, please delete unused apps, media you are not using in projects, and any other non-essential files. Additionally, you can manage downloaded Assets with the My Assets button in the upper right hand corner next to "x". We hope this helps!

Hello! Export time depends of the length and complexity of your videos, as well as your device's processor. A possible workaround for this issue is to reduce the layers in a project by creating projects in blocks (intro, ending, etc.) and exporting them each separately to be added into the final project. Additionally, exporting each time you've added a layer that your are satisfied with and then importing that video into a new project can greatly reduce lag. We hope this helps!

Go to "Settings", scroll down, go to "Advanced and Experimental Settings", scroll down again, finally enable the "Unlimited Layer Mode" option. Now you should be able to import layers without black bars.

Also, lines on layers can happen because your device can't handle that many layers or a layer at that resolution. Try reducing the resolution of the video clip that you're trying to add as a layer. You can do that by opening a new KineMaster project, importing that particular clip, then exporting it at a lower resolution. Then try adding that clip as a layer again. We hope this helps!

Here is how to fix this: iOS devices: Tap Settings. Scroll to KineMaster in your list of Apps, and Tap on it. Tap on Photos and select "Read and Write" from the menu. Then, turn on permissions for all other apps listed. Android devices: On your Android device, open the Settings app Settings app. Tap Apps & notifications, then scroll and tap on KineMaster. Tap Permissions. Make sure to enable photos videos, camera and saving videos to your device. Restart your device after doing these steps, then restart KineMaster. For more info, contact support by tapping the FAQ button, then tap the prompt that relates to your issue. Tap the Email Support button at the bottom, and please make sure to include screenshots or screen recordings of the problem you have.

Hello! You can share your videos to any cloud storage service, and download them to your KineMaster editing device from the cloud. Or you can download your media to a usb/mirco usb enable device then directly download to your device by plugging that in.
