Si I want to this course how to start can you tell me
He is a definite 7 however, the reasons why it is 6.5 could be: 1) Pauses 2) Repetition 3) Not attentive to the questions (Asking for the questions to be repeated too many times) 4) Could be better at paraphrasing 5) Lack of ideas Just in my opinion.
guys, i passed my ielts exam a week ago, what an amazing experience! didn't expect that, but i got overall band 7 (speaking is also 7)! don't worry, just be yourself, wish luck to all of you!
Hi friend As a person who experienced this test,do you think ross ielts academy's mock tests in youtube are near to real test?i mean are the scores comparing the level of candidates, near to real test?
@@user-bh6oc8wl7v well, mostly they are quite similar to the real exam, tbh, I was a bit nervous, so i don't remember everything, but these videos definitely helped me to understand the structure of speaking part
Can you give us some suggestions real test 😊
@@kubraserdar6788 first of all, be yourself and try to be friendly and polite :) also, I would recommend you to focus on what examiner is saying to you and answer naturally. however, all these advises won't work if you don't train your communication skills. imo the best way to become confident in this part of test is to answer as much questions as you can at home (u can ask your friends or parents to help u with that)
@@karrrsi285 thanks a lot this suggestions and I'm wondering what they asked you if you tell me
Thanks for having me. This was truly a good experience.
You can be even better than you can be, nice speaking. Good luck bro
Good job man
You did great 👍
did you pass the test brilliantly?
I like your confidence bro but I think 6.5 score is not appropriate
IELTS speaking test not easy at all. But you can Get a high band due your practise. You have a lot of opportunities to do this in KZhead. I wish every person to get a higher band. You'll obviously suceed in life. Best regards to you all

Thanks
The teacher seemed to be so serious at the beginning, but he turned out to be so nice 😇
This channel was extremely helpful during my studies. I got an 8 in speaking on the IELTS Academic. Thank you!
Great job!

@@user-bh6oc8wl7v Hey there! I’m happy to help by giving my opinion, but I do want to highlight that it is going to be different to everyone depending primarily on their English level. The real test is very similar to the ones shown here and I would say the results are pretty accurate. I would recommend answering these questions yourself and if you want to take it a step further record and analyse it afterwards. Overall, the speaking section is like making small talk with a stranger, nothing too difficult. If you have any questions let me know!
@@bre.melo_Hello Ma'am As u did a great job on a speaking test , I would love to ask you some questions if you dont mind: 1- How did you get that score and what was the process of your studying or even how did you planned for it? 2- Did u use any self study books , podcast or website? And if u did what were they? 3- What is the best way that you recommend me to get a better score at Speaking or any other skill in IELTS 4- Did u work with any tutor for this ? And at last sorry for my english im trying to be better 😂🙂
@@mrdnr8929 Oh dear, sorry for the late reply! I hope that you still need it or that it can be relevant for someone else reading this comment later. 1. This is extremely particular because it really does depend on what is your starting point. I have to confess that I didn’t study for long and I definitely didn’t plan a study guide. However, I watched a couple videos here on KZhead and tried to understand the test structure the best I could. But my scores throughout all competences showcased more my English level than my preparation for the test itself. So my own strategy was based more on developing my English itself rather than studying the test pattern (which is the preferred method for a lot of people). 2. I was not keen on paying for those (stingy much? Hahahahah) so I kept it simple: saw videos here about all of the bands. This one was my favorite for speaking: I would wait for the question to be made, pause, and answer myself. In addition, I do have a favorite channel for listening: youtube.com/@TheIELTSListeningTest 3. It may seems crazy but speak out loud in English alone (or with a friend if you have someone you can partner up with). Sometimes, we think we are good after answering to questions mentally but it is important that you get comfortable listening to your own speech. What gets a lot of students is being nervous and feeling ill-at-ease during their conversation with the examiner. The questions are easy! I promise! 4. No tutors at all! Having help makes the path easier, but it’s not essential for your preparation. You don’t need fancy resources to get a good score. Just effort and consistency. Please, don’t even think about apologizing. Your English is amazing. If you have any further questions, please, let me know. For faster replies, here’s one of my accounts on insta: @brenda.a.melo I haven’t started using it yet, but my notifications are on and it would be my pleasure to help.

I am from Nigeria. I used a day to prepare for this exam and i got overall band of 7. R 6.5, L 7, W 7, S 7.5 I read a lot and speak English most times at work. I guess my foundation helped me. My point is the exam is not really as tough as some portray it.

are you ready to edit it ?
you haven’t
I'm currently training for IELTS by myself, because I want to move in Canada. I'm scared for the speaking test because I'm afraid that I won't be able to show the examiner my english level , and that I won't be fluent at all and that I'll keep looking for words during the exam. I never lived over than 2 months in an english speaking country. I hope that I'll have the best score when I will pass the test and that I will be ready.
Great 👍
Joseph is very kind! 🙌
I think he was closer to a 7 or 7.5 even, but I respect the examiner's decision on this. Hope he achieves more in the actual exam!
Thanks bro
Well done.❤❤❤

What about the speaking lead to a 6.5 and how would someone go about improving them? These are some of the questions that need some explanation at the end of the video, or else it would not make any sense to watch it. Would it?
What if I don't know about a word, like you said Embark. Can I ask the Examiner to tell me meaning of this word? I will creat a good or bad impact and can this be the reason of lossing band?
Thank you sir for your valuable videos. I got 7.5 in listening, 6 in reading, 6.5 in writing, and 6.5 in speaking. Keep up the good work.
