  • It's currently 3:25 rn and I can't sleep is this normal for an 11 yr old to not be able to sleep and being awake really late , but tmrw is the first day of school so I'm watching this to try and sleep. I also have to wake up at 5:30 for school so that's awesome😭

    • You should try and talk to your doctor about it at your next check up. You could have hormonal imbalances that could be treated with medication or they might recommend a melatonin supplement. If it’s just occasional, like before a big test or trip or first day of school, that’s completely normal. If it’s every day or if I it’s negatively impacting your life, I’d have your parents make an appointment with your doctor to see what’s up.
