  • The villain knows that if he sets up all his traps while on camera, he's going to use up the show's whole animation budget in under a minute. Rather than bankrupt the studio, he simply waits it out, only to lose all motivation and give up. In retaliation for the camera breaking his stride, he breaks the show's pacing in return and just turns himself in early. The meta narrative is *fresh* on this one.
