Ciara Talks to Oprah about Weight Loss and Finding Love Again

After the birth of her third child last August, Ciara posted to Instagram that she wanted to lose 48 lbs.*. Now about six months into her journey with WeightWatchers, the singer opened up to Oprah about how the weight loss is going ("I have about 18 lbs.* left"). The pair also talked about the prayer that brought Ciara's husband NFL quarterback Russell Wilson into her life, three things she's thankful for, and her message to all the fellow moms watching.
The conversation was part of a Oprah's "Your Life in Focus: Be the Love You Need" event, presented by WW, which aired in front of a live, Zoom-based studio audience on February 13.
Of her WeightWatchers journey thus far, Ciara says: "It's a lifestyle. It's about total wellness. It's about the big picture. That's a part of life: You've got to allow yourself to enjoy the process. Enjoy yourself. It's okay to have a little fun. You need to have a little fun. If we're so intense about everything we'll go crazy, especially during this pandemic and being a mom of three. It's like I've got to give grace. I've got to give grace in the process. And in the WW program, it's really easy."

I wish more celebrities can believe in God more then being lover of money... in God we should believe because God is our creator with out God were nothing, the Bible says we came with nothing and we will DIE with nothing .   • Ciara is such a class act. Her parents did such a great job with teaching her that you can be sexy and classy all at the same time .When she first started out in her career I remembering listening to her on the radio. She just spoke so well and seemed to be so humble and kind .I don't want to shame some of the other entertainers out here but they need to take a page out of Ciara's book. In a world that celebrates ratchetness Ciara is keeping it CLASSY ALWAYS ALL THE TIME!!!!

  • Why ? would somone say she was ever a manhow is that women can only look good if they look like a man, what is that saying about low self esteem, and also God created male and female he created in his own image ,and his likeness he dose not make mistakes she is beautiful as well as humble and joyful and thankful as you know if -God is for you who can be against you stop looking on outer appearance the heart is wear Gods looks ,but man cant get pass the looks or color of you skin what if God is a spirt- what color would that be and thats why the world is the way it is now.
