Trust me it's either going to be permanent or extended, it's only 6 months because it was short notice but Madrid have no plan to use him under Zidane and Arsenal has the funds to afford him. It's a win win.

Its been his usual start of a stay with a new club. First game or two he plays solidly and just gets the feel of his team mates.. and then one day he comes on the pitch and just takes over everything. All of a sudden everyone is a backup dancer in the ødegaard show. You are all going to cry if he leaves this summer because you have seen nothing yet. Ive followed him closely for years and let me tell you i know of maybe a handful of players that can command a game like him and at the same time do the spectacular mind blowing moves. This is a once in a generation type of player.

Personally, I think Ødegaard is a perfect number 10 player that resembles a lot like Bergkamp, a player that we have been struggling to find to inherit his legacy in Arsenal.
